Waste of time
The concept is a great idea unfortunately the app is awful and frustrating occasionally it works but most of the time the camera never takes a photo in any light condition after you’ve spent time inputting all the data so no idea what state the system is in going back to fernox test kit

I might as well have bought an empty box. The app is unbelievably frustrating. I was hoping that the app would have matched the hype around water quality testing, unfortunately not. Either the app functionality needs to be greatly improved or I warn all to steer clear and save yourself the money and invest in a thermal camera instead.

Good idea poor execution
It doesn’t remember your email address so have to enter it everytime. Doesn’t work in bad signal areas and can go back and check previous tests from the phone app. Simple things to do that other apps do but these fail at
It’s the DEVS THATS USELESS most probably
This app is terrible when it comes to scanning results on the camera. It always has problems, and they never try to fix it. It’s as if people don’t have anything better to do with their lives than sit around and wait for lousy app developers to fix their issues.
Could be better
In principle this idea is great in reality the app is poor. I’m really disappointed with the functionality of photographing the test results on the test card each time I’ve used it’s taken 5-10 minutes of messing about to get the app to recognise the test strip.
Unable to complete test
I like the test but find the app very frustrating. First of all after getting the test results it keeps on saying ‘unable to complete test, please try later’ so I’m unable to send the result to the customer. I assume it’s a connection/signal issue but when I get back home and onto Wi-Fi, I can’t access previous tests so unable to forward on. Would’ve been 5 stars otherwise.

Poor customer service.
Have contacted Adey three times over the last few weeks.
Ranging from queries over Magnacleanse to training and then on a software glitch on procheck where app froze and was unable to get my results for a customer on successful completion of adding an inhibitor
Contact customer services but have had not one contact.
Personally products are as only as good as the support 👎👎👎

Adey Test Kit
Have it brought the kit and used it a few times there are a couple small problem
The first is photographing the sample it says to stand against a pale background they should have one in the box that is a constant colour for comparison
The second is if you answer the question about water turbidity and say anything other than clean you can’t progress the test I need you know two things is there corrosion and what is likely to have caused it for example lack of inhibitor .
