Laggy
I like the features but the app is slow to load, so I won’t use it. Keep working on it, it could be really great!
Update
I was able to sign up for the app today, and I’ve been able to use some of the features on it as well. It’s a good app. Not very user-friendly, but a good app none the less. Keep up the good work. this app needs updated big time. In fact, it hasn’t been updated in five years. That’s no good for an ADHD app. Oh well, I guess I’ll have to find something else. That’s not good.

Difficult interface
This app has all the content and makings for an excellent app for ADHD patients. But it feels like it was made in 2006. If the developers could hire an app designer that could implement a more user-friendly interface, I’d hands down use this every day.
Having ADHD I have a huge problem tracking symptoms, habits, chores, etc. I wanted an app that would help me track my daily life so I can look back on trends and isolate areas of improvement.
But the app doesn’t even zoom to fit my iPhone 11 Pro screen. The whole interface is clunky. It feels like some clinical researchers took some serious time and effort to build an app with the exact features I need, then used a terrible and outdated app making template to build it.
Please please PLEASE get a skilled developer to overhaul this app! I desperately need it but it’s impossible to use!!!!

This should be featured higher!
I searched ‘ADHD symptom tracker’ in the store and only got an app for parents to help their kids learn emotional control which, while great, doesn’t help my 28 year old, childless self! I’ve been dealing with PMDD and wanting to know how it relates to and effects my ADHD symptoms throughout my cycle and other things going on in my life and this was exactly what I needed! I was disappointed that a larger app like Clue wouldn’t have that option but I’m happy to have found such an all encompassing app to track my ADHD stuff instead. The only thing that I would suggest so far (having downloaded it about 10 minutes ago, mind you) is to correct the aspect ratio of the display so it doesn’t accidentally get resized and need to be reset to fully zoomed out every few minutes.

I love the potential but it’s hard to use
I love this app because there are no others like it, that track everything all at once. The problem is that it’s so hard to use. It’s slow and clunky and just very difficult to navigate. I don’t know how much I’ll actually use it because of that. I’d love it a lot more if it was streamlined.
Like the medication reminder, but keeps crashing
Good app, but constantly crashes
Great concept!
Great idea to track all these different relevant things in one app! Like some other reviewers, I believe the app will be much better after some tweaks to the user interface, like improvement in the color scheme, and I’d love to see more customizablity.
For the food diary, I recommend the developers check out Bowelle’s options- you can input things you eat often, then it’s easy to check the box instead of having to type it in every time.
For mood tracking, developers, please look at the graphics and customization options of Period Tracker by GP Apps. I haven’t used the ones available in Storylines because they don’t match me well.
For symptom tracking, see also Period Tracker. Though I do love the feature in Storylines that asks how the symptom affects your day.

Ugly Interface
I like that this app is ADHD oriented. It has all the things you would want to track, medication, chores, etc. However, the interface and design of the app is just bad.
Who picked the color palette? It’s just not aesthetically pleasing at all. Any art/design student would be able to choose a better color scheme, font, button design in about 5 minutes.
It seems like a professional familiar with adhd made sure all the functional elements were there. They just need a graphic design professional to come in and put some creativity in the design.
Sadly, this app seems to be abandoned.

Shame
Read the (You have none) privacy policy and uninstalled; the only good thing about it is that they don't try to hide what they are doing...
Review
I have ADHD and this really helped me with realizing that I am not the only one with these crazy thoughts and it also helped me remember to do things a little more then I usually do and there was a feature where it asked you what your mood was today and why and it helped a lot with everything, truly worth it I totally suggest it!!!!!

great app, weak coding
I love the app and it’s very helpful, but for the love of god, do some debugging, guys:(
Not practical for someone with ADHD
I downloaded this thinking it would be a simple useful tool that I could use as a handicap for my deficits. The first thing I wanted to track was my medication.. hoping I could figure out a way to track how to figure out how much I needed at certain times in the day. I type in “Adderall” and an exhaustive list of every mg and manufacturer pops up. So I quickly got annoyed and scrolled back. Then I tried the “symptoms” and realized I had to type them in as well. And it was just a list. No fun buttons, no bells or whistles. Same when I clicked on the habit tracker section.
If you’re going to force someone with ADHD to type in all of these tiny details and then expect this person to keep up with it, with little reward, and track these tiny details over time, your app is going to fail. I need instant immediate feedback and reinforcement. I need bells and whistles and bright colors and shiny and pretty and sparkly so I don’t lost interest!!
I have ADHD afterall!!!

Great Help
I find this very useful in tracking my medications. I would suggest that a feature be added that lets you create a medication. I have used the add a medication plenty of times. There are a couple of instances where the prescription that I’m taking isn’t on the list. Besides tracking prescriptions, I would like to track my vitamins too. I would like the ability to enter health related activities too. The app helps me remember to take my medications but I would like reminders to change my contacts or track dental flossing. Thank you for a really helpful app!

Freezes a lot on iOS 12
Okay so I really love this app but ever since I updated to iOS 12, its constantly crashing and will just freeze up which makes me really sad, considering that it’s such a helpful app.
One of my favorites!
I use this myself and as a therapist recommended it often to my clients. I like the reminders, resources and ways to track issues. I wish the feelings had the 1-10 scale, but other than that I think it is very effective.
Warning re: privacy
I’m sharing this for people who may otherwise be unaware, particularly parents or caregivers who might be using this type of “free” app to track a loved one’s health. This app, like many others, is “free” because the company makes money by selling off our data; *we* are the product.
Another review claimed that people concerned about the app sharing data hadn’t read or didn’t understand the privacy policy. Below are excerpts copied directly from self care catalysts’ privacy policy, followed by some information from studies regarding how easy it is to re-identify people using “de-identified” data. FYI, it took several tries to even access the privacy policy, as the link in the app description and the first link I found on the website were both broken. I had to manually search random pages of the site until I found a working link.
“By using the Application, you are consenting to the Processing of User Provided and Automatically Collected Information... ‘Processing’ means the collection, use, storage, combining, disclosure, or deletion of information about you or your use of the Application.”
“...the Application collects and stores certain information automatically. The Application does not collect your mobile device ID, but creates a unique alphanumeric ID for each installation of the Application on a device and uses that ID for internal operations (e.g. sending and receiving data packets to and from the server).”
“De-identified data files will be transmitted to the third party purchaser using a Secure FTP or other encrypted transmission methodology.”
FYI - replacing usernames and IP addresses with “unique identifying numbers” does not protect your privacy; the data tied to that ID number can be analyzed as a group and potentially combined with other data sets (census, voter records, etc) to re-identify users.
Only a very small amount of data is needed to uniquely identify an individual – studies have shown between 63% - 87% of the population can be uniquely identified by the simple combination of their gender, date of birth, and zip code. There is no regulation of “anonymized” data: it can be sold to anyone and used for any purposes.

Actually READ the Privacy Policy
The people freaking out about this app sharing data either haven’t actually read the privacy policy or do not understand it. It states that your PERSONAL information is NEVER SHARED. Only aggregate information is shared, which means your personal information is STRIPPED AWAY and the rest of the data is mixed in with everyone else’s for a general picture of the population using the app. Just like you can’t reassemble a chicken from a pile of chicken McNuggets, no one can find YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION out of the aggregate information.

Looks helpful but can’t scroll
I do like this app but I can’t scroll to the bottom of the pages in the app. I can’t access what is at the bottom.
For example, I assume there is a submit button at the bottom of the mood page but I can’t scroll far enough to tap it. Same issue on all pages of the app.
If this isn’t remedied soon I will have to discontinue using the app which would be a shame because it looks really good!

Excellent Application
This is a fantastic application, but you have to be self motivated to benefit from it (like everything else). It gives you the opportunity to track not only medication use, but also daily moods and habits. This enables you to develop healthy habits, such as sleep engineering, routines that work the best, what causes you to procrastinate and how best to stay on top of your ADHD, by using the daily journal and notes, you learn when and how you perform your best and you are able to see patterns over time. Hope this review helps. I use it often. Peace.
