It took forever to get through the order process. After the fact you feel uncomfortable by allowing adidas to have access to all kinds of information and no trace what and how they sell you data. Crazy what they want to sell you a set of overpriced shoes online. Not going through this again.

Terrible App
The app, when it’s working correctly, is subpar at best. Most of the time it doesn’t work. Can advance to payment but doesn’t take any form of payment—payment button is greyed out or indicates “payment doesn’t work”. Items don’t always update as “out of stock” until you put them into cart. Terrible app! Tried multiple times to purchase on different dates and same problems.

My item told me that I could get prime shipping if I logged into my prime account, but I couldn’t find any place to be able to do that. I would love a little more guidance in that! Thanks!
Terrible refund policy
I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me something else. At the time of making the refund, I did everything that the Adidas representative told me to do, and instead of giving me an equivalent gift card they made me a refund, which I have not received to date. On multiple occasions, I contacted them through the app and they only told me that my refund is in process despite the business day having already passed and even a billing period having passed. They offered me a discount to make up for the wait and I haven't received anything. Terrible service that only seeks to extend the time to keep my refund money.
