ADS Athlete Hub is for athletes training with an Athlete Development Solutions partner program. Your coach adds you to a team roster before you can sign in — if you haven't been invited by a coach, this app won't have anything for you yet. WHAT YOU DO HERE • Check in each day. Tell us how you're feeling and where you're sore, and your training adjusts to it. • See today's work. Your session is waiting when you open the app, with video for every exercise. • Log as you go. Record sets, weight and reps, and — for baseball athletes — your throwing. • Track the week. The calendar shows what you've completed and what's still ahead. • Stay in touch with your coach. Message your coach directly, and get reminders from the ADS training staff. BUILT AROUND DURABLE PERFORMANCE ADS programs are built on a simple idea: performance that doesn't last isn't performance. Your daily check-in feeds the same system your coach uses, so the work you're given reflects how your body is actually responding — in season and out of it. Baseball athletes get sport-specific throwing and strength programming that changes between the competitive season and the off-season. Volleyball athletes get programming built for their sport. FOR PARENTS This app is for athletes 13 and older. If your athlete is under 18, we ask a parent or guardian for permission before they can use messaging or share how they're feeling, and we'll contact you directly to get it. Athletes can delete their account at any time from the Profile tab, or at coach.athletedevelopmentsolutions.com/delete-account.
