Travel pass tickets
They randomly took away the travel pass tickets. I don’t know where to upload my travel pass photo so that I can request it back, I messaged the company asking about it, their response made no sense. Really irritating, so weird and I’m deleting my account because what?? Also buses are at least 3mins late and the longest I’ve ever had to wait was 40mins.

My ticket takes a while to load i wish it was like cardiff bus app like quick loading.
Undependable
We’re used to and accept there will be delays on the T6 route but recently (over the summer) buses has failed to stop, whizzed past and stopped farther on, left stops early and not arrived.
On Friday the 17:36 bus did not arrive in. Sennybridge and I had to call for a lift to get home to Crai. I had walked the 5 miles to the stop.
Today (8/10/23), after again walking to the stop, the 11:23 (Sennybridge Post office) did not arrive. The departure time showed on the electronic board and the telephone operator at TFL assured us it had left Brecon on time. It hadn’t. We walked home, a round trip of 10.2 miles.
I / we had arrived at the stop 15 and 20 minutes early, respectively, and waited 20 minutes after the published departure time.
There is nothing to inform passengers the service is disrupted and even the TFL staff, who you hand over out of hours call to, don’t know what is happening.
Are you still operational? And if so why is the service so unreliable and information unattainable?

Rubbish bus company
A number of my buses that have never turned up is beyond ridiculous

I have a valid Welsh bus pass which worked this morning g but isn’t working now and the driver of the 2a bus that stopped outside the crown court in Swansea refused to let me on and I didn’t have sufficient money to pay

Unreliable
Every time I try to catch a bus it is always late by 10’s of minutes and then sometimes a few will turn up.The c1 I’m waiting for now is 12 minutes late already .
What timetable
Why do your buses not run to your timetable. And also last bus from Cardiff bay at 20.15hrs is ridiculous.

Absolutely useless, what bus tracking??? Hasn’t worked for over a week!!! My bus stop (which is listed on the bus route C8) it can’t even find!! What joker signed of this rubbish??

Both the app and the bus service are about as reliable as my ex wife, would not recommend to anyone who likes to be anywhere on time or even close to on time. Would have more luck getting a fake taxi every day.
Reliability
If only the app was more reliable than the buses. E79 or S79 Do not show up on the bus tracker. Stagecoach is better than this

No sign of tracker for route 303 although you can track it on their website. Needs updating
