If you come across this run for your life. No matter the urgency.. this is the most scamming bank app I’ve ever come across, I applied for loan they took all my Vital info and asked me to send money to the app to verify me which I did for like 3 time. The app can’t confirm my payment which means the loans will keep getting declined and no refund.. if u download this app you’re a loser already. I don’t know why Apple Store didn’t bring down this app.

This people are scram when you try to take a loan they they will tell you to transfer 50 naira from the bank attached to their own bank for confirmation after sending they will tell you they haven’t seen it and they have few minutes before it expires then you keep sending and sending they are thief

I regret wasting my data to download this useless app, I have tried to put all necessary credentials and update my bank to Gold and still yet it brings oops whenever I want to get a loan, then why do you call it loan app? Useless bank ever

I once deleted the app, downloaded it again on the same phone later , but it keeps saying i should login with my old device ( literally using the same device o) customer care did nothing, useless app I’ve spoke to people who have the same issue. Useless app , my money is stuck on it .

I download the app after I have fill in my BVN I try to login back to the app I press my email and password more that 30times it keep saying wrong password nothing should happen to my old account that I have linked my BVN to

I opened the account to patronize and keep using the account for me personal account to keep Money in there , after linked my bvn and it was successful and I tried to link my NIN because I need to upgrade my account I can use it with the low credit limit for the tier 2 and possibly to tier 3 but after linked my NIN I was told my recent phone on my profile is mismatched with my picture on my NIN that’s totally nonsense I linked as well to other banks and the verified it me why your useless bank did not verify and I even report but too response , you call yourself a bank but you’re not
