Camera cannot focus

Only the main camera is used when I am trying to tick photo of my ID card. However it’s too close the main camera cannot focus on my ID card. Please improve the apps so that the IPhone Users can apply credit card in app.

Reset password twice and pretty sure that I texted the correct password after reset - but still cannot login then locked my app account - so I needa spend extra time to solve the issue in their store. Very bad rating .. extremely not user friendly - not recommended

need to bind ur device again and again. it doesnt save ur settings at all.. stupid and waste of time.

The real intention

The whole idea of the app is to show you credit card statement and upsell as much as possible. However, that you cannot keep logging on default the purpose. You miss payment deadline when you cannot logon! Of course, Aeon earns interest from you in that case.

เป็นบริษัทที่เฮงซวยที่สุด ดำเนินการช้า ทีตอนเรียกเก็บเงินตามยิกๆๆ พอเราปิดต้องการเงินเงิน ต้องรอ14วัน พอทวงถามก็ต้องรอไปอีกสิ้นเดือน ทำไมไม่ดำเนินการตามช่วงที่แจ้งเราตั้งแต่แรก ใช้เวลานานขนาดนี้ มันก็พวกเห็นแก่ได้ อะไรเสียผมประโยชน์ ก็ลีลา ต่อจากนี้จะบอกต่อให้ทั่ว อย่าไปทำกับบริษัทนี้ ไม่ได้เรื่อง

Unnecessary and excessive collection of data

Providing you my ID info just for getting the discount ? You must be joking… other companies wont ask for this as it’s really excessive and unnecessary

I didn’t expect that good

First time to give a five star to a bank app.
Very smooth and able to change address through the app. Not bug occurred so far and easy-to-understand UI.
Other bank should learn from this app.
