Love Affinity Plus
I have been with Affinity Plus for years. I also have money with other banks. This has been the best place to bank/credit unit ever! Best rates and always willing to work with you! Love this credit Union! Thank you!!
A little tricky at first, but worth it
I love that affinity is a local credit union and they seem to be great stewards of their resources. Yeah, and especially transferring between member balances can be a little tricky at times, especially if you hold a business account, but once you get it down, it’s a really smooth running app. My biggest criticisms are complicated account naming for online access and the amount of logins. It can be required when transferring money. Other than that, works great!

Wish it worked with VPN
For the last 18 months or so, I have had to turn off my VPN to login. Other than that, I like the app.

Just got a job no monthly fees and it’s really easy to work with great bank
Check Deposits Challenging
Great app except for making a deposit by check. The auto image never works and manually images always say there is an issue, although they are never rejected it’s time consuming to get the images taken.
Great and easy.
Great service. Easy to move through online banking. And a great financial planner. Customer service is tops!

Constantly glitchy
I don’t know how many times I’ve gone on the app and tried to access an account or a loan or my credit card bill only for it to freeze. Close, reopen, freeze. Really frustrating.

Honestly I don’t recommend much things to people, just because we are so different and I worry about people enjoying it then it’s awkward. But I 10/10 recommend this bank. Best people helping. They know you personally they are understanding helpful and want to see you grow. It’s a family feel and I will NEVER switch banks. I have used them for personal and business accounts. Highly highly recommend.

I love banking with Affinity Plus, I can’t imagine banking anywhere else. They’re always so friendly to talk to you on the phone and I really believe they have the best rates. I also love going online and being able to move my money to any account I need to, on my own.

Missing some user workflows
Do the devs/QA not use the app themselves? Why is it so hard to find scheduled payments? I once paid my personal loan twice because I couldn’t find if I had already scheduled any payments previously. Asked CS once and they gave me a whole path to go to just to find it. it shouldn’t be that hard.
