I don’t see the purpose to this app - 90%+ of the features that Afrihost provides aren’t available here, and the few options that are present don’t even work properly. Wanna see your account? Flip a coin and find out if you can!

1gb line (1000up and 1000 down) with a constant less than actual 100mb up or down. Been struggling for almost two months now in total whilst still paying the fees for the big line. I’m moving on to someone else. Be wary.

Afrihost should cease to exist
I have never come across a company with a worse approach to customer service than Afrihost
Updated app doesn’t work
Since the latest update, the Afrihost app doesn’t run on my phone despite their spec saying it does. Have contacted Afrihost to log the bug report but keep getting told it’s my phone and not the app. Terribly disappointing that they don’t take all complaints seriously.

It is hard to use and understand even though im the generation of techies. I don’t know where to find my receipts. I can see the spand of time ive used the data that is smaller than a day.
Theres no recomended packages or reviews on how others find your package.
Im always unsure of what im getting and how long it will last.
I would recommend a more in detail of usage and paid for data. As well as a review section for your packages so that i can get the best one for me.
Even if its a description, like for me “good packages for people on the move that dont spend much time at home and only use data for messages and chrome searches, or even the occasional social media scroll. Estimated to last more than a month, with a few hours for high demanding data apps.

Frogfoot Fibre outages
Afrihost app does not report frogfoot network problems. I have to go to the frogfoot website to find out about netwok issues.

If you haven’t used the app in a certain while then you have to enter an OTP which is sent to your primary contact device,
