Glitchy app
Couldn’t get pass the personal details stage the screen completely freezes the app is so glitchy not sure it’s even worth using.

Frigid app. Just downloaded today 08 July 2026. Dropdown menu to enter Bank account details in KYC section isn’t working. If a basic dropdown menu like this is failing, should I be worried about trading?

Scam and fraudulent
6months and counting since I open and account yet no vacation number nor chn no. I bought some shares when it was time to sell it and leave because the refused to verify my account they said I have zero shares. The customer services are very incompetent, the have no real solution or accurate read to anything. Just keep saying we will contact you through email. Yet no for good six month I kept calling the yet nothing. I’m not exaggerating. Please don’t use this app. It fraudulent.

Not a bad app design, but there’s no level of support or communication from this company. Sloppy and I guess one person is trying to do everything. You can hire people and offer equity if you don’t have cash to pay. Unfortunately I will be closing my account and go elsewhere.

Well your Banking withdrawal system is something else better wake up there are 100s Better investment Companies that have fast instant withdrawal system within some seconds you’re credited and enjoying I don’t want to mention names so as not to cause a heavy fight between you and some companies better wake up before you just leave those money there and migrate go another large company to invest! Why is it that common withdrawals in your company will take 5days but in others it will be within some seconds! I never wanted to rate this because of the withdrawal system is so bad but I am putting you a one star!! Better review your withdrawal systems and wake up! Is that clear!!

I couldn’t buy NGN stock for a whole day. I thought it was network and then waited for some hours, next thing l know, NGN stock is nonexistent. I cant withdraw my money either
APP CAN DEF BE BETTER
Looks like there's no technical support for the app. Sometimes you want to trade and all the stocks have disappeared, you try to fund and it takes ages to reflect, other times your stock watchlist have been cleared and at times you select stuff and it just goes on rolling. The UI could be better too. Biometrics login doesn't work. I could go on and on but it really does have all the stocks and is owned by a tested and trusted organisation and that's the only reason I'm still here.
