Cannot login
I’ve had this for 16 months. The app quit working about two months ago.
When I try to log in it doesn’t respond. Tried “forgot password”. Entered phone number and hit “get code”.
Responded w/ “rsp_Code1200”
But that’s it. No code sent the above isn’t a code, just an obtuse message.
Tried “create new account”. Same result.
No information on the Web and their office never seems to answer the phone.
Starting to get a bit surly about this.
I love the lights but this app stinks, since it doesn’t work.

Unresponsive from the app all of a sudden
Not sure what happened, but when connected to Bluetooth the app controls move as if they are controlling the lights but the lights don’t change state at all. Lights also turning on by themselves in the middle of the night. When trying to configure WiFi in the app zero networks show up to connect to. Nowhere to click to change or scan. The only thing you can join is called “Wi-Fi”, not sure where that leads.
