Worst place don’t visit
Visited Agent Jack Bar in Vasai today for first time. There were no FREE shots for ladies, even though they advertise it. When we asked and showed their post, the waiter said it’s actually a “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” offer. But the post clearly says “Free shots for ladies” and there were no terms and conditions mentioned.
Even the drink taste was also very bad. I ordered my regular drink, but it didn’t taste like the original brand at all.
In starting we just ordered two 30ml pegs of vodka, but after serving the second one, they said we had two extra drinks and asked for more payment. When we questioned it, they said one drink was 60ml, we put two drink in one, so it became 120ml. But we clearly ordered two 30ml pegs. This felt like a scam.
Actually we were planning to order dinner too, but thankfully we understood their trick in time and didn’t order anything else. We paid ₹1750 and then had a full dinner at another restaurant for just ₹450.
I will never visit this place again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Overpriced even with 50% off they trick you with the super high cost and then gives you discount.
I order cocktail with 1000 which was pathetic and just sparkling wine into orange drink (not worth it) try other places in balewadi they are good
Bad service
Bad service and bad food. Did not get what was on the menu. We had ordered a veg dish and a non veg dish, The waiter did not know the difference. Sad place to go to. Did not even have a simple garlic bread or nachos even after having it on the menu. Never visit the place. It was good till it was at veera desai road. New management is horrible.

This application is total fraud because it automatically installs back even after deleting the app, which should not happen. This is ethically incorrect way! Apple should take strict actions against this
WORST BAR
They don’t provide you water also if you’re thirsty they won’t provide you with water. Worst service I’ve ever seen in any bar. They don’t even deserve to give 1 star. Very disappointing
Worst experience as a customer
Writing this as a user experience designer, this app has so many flaws right from onboarding to placing an order. It makes me feel like a fool and powerless when the price of a drink is listed at 275 and the agent says it’s 286! I don’t think I will ever come back to the restaurant.

Miss communication in staff.
One says you can use zomato gold and other says you cannot use zomato gold after 12. If can’t afford to zomato then why keep offers on zomato. Cheap marketing strategy to attract customers. Manager does not know how to talk to customers, so unprofessional.

automatic bill in application also
jack should generate automatic bill in app also so we know how much we drink and they are not adding extra drink in bill because after drink we do not know that how much we drink so AJ app generate bill in app also.

It’s very sad to see that Agent jack takes advantage of the customer’s drunk state of mind. It deliberately miscalculate the drinks and you end up paying a high price for some cheap drink. And you realise the goof up only while you are paying the final bill. This concept is nothing more than a con job. Guys please be careful. They will rip you and have a hearty laugh. That’s Agent Jack for you!
