I rented a car with them and when I got it home it went dead! The car stayed in my driveway for a week and a half with my stuff locked in the car I never received a refund or replacement car and no one is responding

Booked a car with this lady. She will steal your money and stop responding then block you entirely from the app. I have made several accounts in which she took the money all several times. This is a fraud person and the cars are crap. If I could upload the pics of the car I rented it would be one of the worst rentals in Atlanta. I didn’t get the car I originally chose instead she put me in a Chevy truck that had been wrecked. Stay far away from this company and this app should be banned.

Made it to the pick up location. Ago customer service told me that the battery was dead & it was nothing anyone could do plus I don’t get a refund. Lol this is a scam. Don’t do it.

This is a total scam!!!
I rented a vehicle last week from this app. Took an Uber an hour to pickup the car and the vehicle I reserved was not on the lot. So another car like it was and I was given that one. The car was TRASHED! It reaked of smoke and it was obvious someone had been living in there !!!!! So I had to clean the vehicle myself on my own dime. The car got me from the pickup area back to home ( so I could detail the car it was that nasty!!) and when I tried to start it it would not start! Turns out the starter was faulty and I tried to inform the company and they won’t refund my money or answer the phone. My suggestion is to not use this app there are better options y’all, don’t fall into the scam please!

Worst car rental EVER!!!!
I have quite a few stories of the horrible experiences this company put me through but this one takes the cake.
Its a Friday morning and I’m about to head to work as I walk outside to the car I’m renting from them, there’s a BIG YELLOW BOOT on the car from the city of Chicago. I’m confused because I know I pay all my tickets on time and I don’t owe anything. I call them frantically, of course no one answers so I leave a voicemail. They messaged me saying they’ll take care of it.
They messaged me again and said “Can you go and pay for the tickets we’ll send you the money” 🤦🏾♂️🤬
They wanted me to go see how much they owed. I was furious!!! I have nothing to do with these tickets y’all owe! I was missing work because of them! And this situation took up my whole Friday basically. Long story short, they owed over $3,000 in city tickets. They just apologized and tried to make jokes. I had nothing to do with these tickets!!

Firstly, I order a car (Chevrolet Equinox)and went to pick up site it was an entirely different vehicle(Chevrolet Sonic)🤦🏾♀️ I panicked a little because they never answered the phone. Then I texted essays and someone finally answered via text. They were very apologetic so I decided to work with them . Until they brought me a raggedy stanky Filthy dirty nasty urine smelling gym sweat smelling car with a bum tail light. 😩so I said ok now guys y’all doing too much please just give me my money back I can’t. Why should I have to deal with this so they said can I give them another chance to get me another car I said No thank you money back please.. long story short I can’t delete the raggedy account and i will get my money back I never drove the car it’s still where they dropped it off ..used bandage in the car, cup holders filthy. And then they stop responding …read this review and delete this app don’t do any dealings with the likes of these people .

Really bad first experience
Had a really bad first experience with them. I reserved a car in the afternoon a full day before I was supposed to pick it up. I get a text at 2 in the morning say that that car was unavailable, I told I would be switched to another. Then at ten o’clock the morning I was supposed to pick up the car I was told that the car was not there and it had a bad battery. So they changed my pick time. I called the number that kept texting me no answer. Very bad way to do business. Never again. Now I can’t delete my account.

I been using them for years and yes the response is super slow but thee are right with me.I have to go to a bit we have to be responsible as drivers because it’s the drivers they are tearing up cars and not reporting it to them so they can get it fixed so they have no idea what’s going on with your cars and until someone report it!!

These Malibus had dust and caked on them from sitting there. THEY WILL NOT START! I had a professional mechanic come out there to jumpstart! They would THE CAR WOULD NOT EVEN TURN OVER ON A FULLY CHARGED BATTERY! They claim “keyless” DO NOT USE ! THEY WILL KEEP TELLING YOU WE WILL REDO YOUR RESERVATION TOMORROW through text messaging! They ignore all ur requests for refund!

Rented a car from these scamming buffoons. When I got to the place to pick up the car, the engine wouldn’t start. When I spoke up about it, that’s when the communication stopped on their end. I finally got the engine to start by playing with the app (that’s how you’re able unlock the vehicle), but when it’s was time for me to drive, I noticed that there were NO headlights working. Text them again about it, and again, no reply. I’ve asked to switch to another vehicle, I reply. I’ve ask can someone meet me at the car, no reply. I asked for a refund, no reply. The VERY moment I texted their scamming ****es back telling them that I started a claim with my bank, someone IMMEDIATELY responded asking me what issues I was having. Read the other comments, they are right. Stay away from this company!

They won’t pay you money back
They accepted me to drive but then ran a background check after they took my money then , they lied talking about the background check never went through it was just pending I received an email saying that all the information went through they never called to give me my car nor any money .. they tried to give me a vehicle with no battery in it and if the battery was dead they wanted to jump the car and hand it off to you as it is …this company is straight scam they are not responsive and they need to be arrested

This is by far the worse company I have rented with. First the representatives are very unprofessional and liers. The documents they provide for the cars are fake and expired. They’ll get you to go pick up the sticker if the tag is expired, The representatives hang up on you. When they are trying to get you to get the car they constantly call but when there is a problem they never answer. I don’t know what the deal is with this company but definitely my first and last time doing business with them.
Update. I used them and all of a sudden they deactivated my account. Every time I ask why it was deactivated I never receive a clear answer. I don’t understand what the big deal is

This is the WORST rental car service I ever rented from. No one has good customer service skills, they treat you awful and quickly cancel your reservations when something on their end goes wrong. They have poor communication skills and lack customer empathy. This is the WORST rental car company ever!
