It’s a money scam!!!

Very misleading membership, I got to produce 2 videos for my 19.99 a month, but that is all I got for that amount. I then needed to upgrade or buy credits. Like credits are you kidding me! Cancelled within 20 mins of getting the app! Now I am out $20!!!! Stay away!!!!!

Scam

I decided to give the app a try. I signed up for the 5.99 a week trial. As I was going to the set up before I could do anything else I was immediately taken to another page prompting me to upgrade to 49.99 a year or $6.99 a week. Which I decline because I haven’t even seen how the app works yet so I closed the advertisement went to I was informed I had 15 credits I selected a template I wanted to use and was immediately prompted to upgrade if I want to use this template so basically I wasted five dollars on the scam app. They should’ve just been upfront and led with their premium product instead of tricking me into wasting money for a nap. I can’t even use.

Misleading membership and disappearing credits

I am very disappointed. I paid for a membership, but then I had to spend even more money on additional credits — more than the membership itself. The credit system is confusing and feels misleading.

Yesterday I had 45 credits, and today they were gone. I only received 20 daily credits. The app says that credits are refunded when generation fails, but the generation often fails or takes a long time, and it is difficult to understand where the credits go.

A paid membership should provide clear benefits and reliable access to the features. Instead, I keep being asked to pay more. I do not recommend this app unless the pricing, credit balance, and failed-generation issues are fixed.

Charged Twice but No Credits Received

I purchased the Pixury Weekly VIP subscription (₹699/week) through Apple, but my account continued to show 0 credits.

Believing it was a one-time issue, I then purchased 100 additional credits for ₹999, and the payment was successfully processed by Apple. However, my account still shows 0 credits.

I have therefore been charged a total of ₹1,698, but I have not received the credits I paid for.

Paid ₹1,999 but Did Not Receive 400 Credits

I purchased the Pixury Monthly VIP subscription for ₹1,999 through the App Store. The subscription became active, but I never received the advertised 400 credits. My account shows 0 paid credits and only the daily free credits (25/day). The purchase page clearly advertised that the Monthly VIP plan includes 400 credits. I have screenshots of the advertisement, the App Store receipt, and my credit balance. I would like Apple to investigate and refund the purchase if the developer cannot provide the advertised credits.

The graffics are so fake but sometimes its okay. You try to purchase credit and you have to wait for couple days to get it. They should be supportive but app and developer is not good currently

: the problem is help center tho . There is no way you can contact anywhere or anyone to express what issue you are having. You should put someone in charge

You try it out with a $9.99 week credit and the credits allocated aren’t even enough to make a single video to test the app out. They just steal your $10.

L’application ne fonctionne !!!!!

Malgré que le paiement est passé instantanément et je l’ai vérifié sur mon compte bancaire ! L’application ne fonctionne pas ? Et les crédits non pas était débloqué ! Et l’application me renvoie toujours à m’abonner à nouveau et de payer une fois de plus ! Ce n’est pas normal ! Malgré que je l’ai désinstaller et réinstaller le problème persiste ! Je suis vraiment très déçu…..!!!!

I wanted to try this App for creating a showcase Video; it said I have to Upgrade. I did this and paid These scamers 9$ just for getting said that I need to Upgrade again to a monthly Plan. All they do is take your Money, stay away!!

Do not waste your money

Paid £6.99 for weekly subscription, gave 125 credits only able to create 3-4.pictures not even one short video , what a joke

Irreführend, trotz Abo keine Funktionen. Keine Preisangaben!

Diese App habe ich gerade als Abo gekauft, weil ich gedacht habe, ich könne damit alle die angegebenen Funktionen nutzen! Nein, man muss zusätzlich Credits kaufen, ohne die nichts geht. Nirgendwo ist eine Übersicht zu finden, was ich für wieviel Credits erhalte. In meinem Fall gerade habe ich ein Video erstellen wollen und erst kurz vor Fertigstellung erfahren, dass ich 100 Credits dafür kaufen muss! 9,99 Euro zusätzlich zu dem Abo! Generell preislich ok, aber diese Angaben gehören in die Produktbeschreibung. Ich empfinde es fast als Betrug, derartig hinterhältig Kunden in die Irre zu führen.
