Hi! Thanks for your feedback. Our yearly subscription works differently than a monthly credit refill. The annual credits are added to your account once at the beginning of your subscription. When your subscription renews the following year, a new annual credit balance is added again. If you use all of your credits before your renewal date, you can purchase additional credit packs at any time without waiting for your subscription to renew. We understand that this may not have been clear, and we appreciate your feedback. We’ll work on making this information more visible in the app. Thank you!

Our weekly Pro subscription includes a set amount of credits, which typically allows creating around 5–10 videos or 10–20 images depending on the selected features. Some premium video generations require significantly more credits due to higher processing costs, and in certain cases the included credits may cover fewer premium outputs. Additionally, AI-generated results can vary in quality depending on multiple factors, including the input provided by the user.
