Hi! Thanks for your feedback. Our yearly subscription works differently than a monthly credit refill. The annual credits are added to your account once at the beginning of your subscription. When your subscription renews the following year, a new annual credit balance is added again. If you use all of your credits before your renewal date, you can purchase additional credit packs at any time without waiting for your subscription to renew. We understand that this may not have been clear, and we appreciate your feedback. We’ll work on making this information more visible in the app. Thank you!

Paid $6 for One Video
Instead, I was only able to create one video before running out of credits. That effectively means I paid $6 for a single AI video — which is outrageously expensive.
Had they been transparent about these credit limits upfront, I would not have subscribed. The pricing model feels deceptive, and customers deserve much clearer communication before being charged.

We would like to clarify that we do not offer or advertise an “unlimited AI” plan anywhere in the app or on the App Store. At these price points, unlimited AI usage is not technically or commercially feasible. Our app offers two subscription plans, both of which include a weekly credit allowance that renews automatically with each billing cycle. If the included credits are used up, additional credits can be purchased optionally to continue using AI features. We understand how this may have caused confusion and appreciate you sharing your concerns.
