Confusing and slow

App always auto detect to wrong location. Shows wrong medical card. Navigation is confusing and very slow. When attempt to make appointment, it always crashes

10 days to analyze claim and then decline cover

AIA is having more and more predatory behaviour when it comes to health insurance.
They decline cover for emergencies, A&E and they use false reasoning to base their cover on, like spending a night at hospital.
This company should be barred from providing insurance in Singapore.

The AIA Vitality app

This app is great when working fine but tends to be erratic quite often. 1. Update can take as long as 72 hours (1 Days) instead of 24 hours as stated. 2. Sometimes system is hung with a system maintenance notice. I had to call for the staff to tell me I need to reinstall to get the app working. 3. The redemption choices have remained stagnant for years with no new additions to variety. 4. I have steps successfully recorded on IWatch but not synced in Vitality for a few days. These were lost when the syncing was restored. Overall, there is quite a lot you can do better. System seems outdated and needs catching up with new technologies in the market to enhance the app. Can look into Telco bills Fairprice & Sheng Siong instead of just CS. 7 Eleven which is owned by CS. Toastbox instead of Ya Kun Coffee Beans not just Starbucks Conversions of coins to $ for QR codes redemptions

Lousy app

Lousy app, always request for OTP for every single sign-in and OTP never comes through. Waste so much of my time

Does not work

App has not been working since ios18.5 and the developers don't seem to have a grasp of it.

AIA Vitality

It is good that you have this App giving us the opportunity to have a bit of fun while exercising especially now with Covid-19 still with us. It reminds us that we must get out of our homes n go walk or jog in the park to relieve stress during this stressful time. Pursuing brisk walking is the only time we are allowed not to wear a mask when out n this alone distresses a lot.

Confusing for a while

It took me quite a while to look for the e-documents (settlement claim) as there are so many information (icons) in just 1 screen.

Other than that, I believe ALL the information (icons) are excellent.

To make it easier, perhaps literally “settlement e-documents” could be visible when the screen “opens”

Confusing

I really don’t like to use this app. Very confusing navigation. When you click on premium and scroll down, you are suddenly in policies, i.e. scrolling overwriting the selected tab. Also not possible to find simple summary information for the user. Example for health insurance premium: how much is deducted via MediSafe and how much via Giro. You get a lots of breakdowns and old and new info, but never the info you need. I wanted to see last year’s premium, but not possible because the I changed the rider … It looks like the UI is designed based on theoretical ideas of the SW developers, not based on practical user experience.

Good app but problematic Health360

Always got “Unable to load. Please try again.”.
Think your server capacity too small and can’t handle the high demand of users entering this page to sync activities.
Hope can upgrade your server to handle large traffic.

AIA Vitality

It helps to improve our health and know our conditions

Very laggy interface

Needs more upgrade in the iOS compatibility, app keeps crashing and had to restart lots of time. Perhaps have a function to have user sign in once and not have to sign in everytime we launch the app

Overall ok

Took me 2 days to access this app for my vitality account. Overall, the new features look compact and I like the layout. Peace.

Best super app

This app is super efficient and very user-friendly! So easy to manage all my insurance policies in one place, making everything so seamless

Good

Good.

Untested app

Deleting mailing address throws server errors.

The worst app produced by a known company

If I could give a 0, I would. This must be the worst app produced by a large known company. The app is absolutely awful in synching points form an Apple Watch and then when they don’t synch for weeks, the spins are not assigned as you break T&C to sync your points by Sunday each week (apparently we do this manually in 2023!)
AIA - you either fix the app, or stop offering this service in Singapore.

Syncing problems in 2023

I have been using AIA Vitality since it launched. While the app has improved, there are many issues here and there. I do have sync issues periodically which caused me to waste one week of effort. I understand that AIA had to cut their losses and restrict the vouchers but at the very least, they should ensure that the sync works well.

I prefer Manulife Move more as they had zero sync issues and they look at aggregate step counts over 6 months. So missing a day or two was not so significant.

Like seriously come on. Its 2023 and we still have sync issues?

At the very least, ensure that when we submit an inquiry, please respond to us to fix it. Or consider revising to say claim the points on a monthly basis so we could afford to miss a couple of days.

More times getting Server busy error

Although the submission of claims is normally smooth.
The last few times i encounter, during last step of submission that i get “server busy” error message and need to re-submit the claim

App Crash and Login issues

The app always has issues with logging in, even after logging in it auto logs out??
Enabled Face ID for ease of access but still it always locks my account after using it the Face ID.
This is just absolute shame, the team dealing with the app needs to step up.
I can’t be asking my agent every time to furnish me with policy’s that have lapsed because of some technical issue!
