It’s 2022, certain things should be standard by now (face recognition) and among others. The whole point of a app is for ease of use. This ain’t it!
Okay for Balance Check & Payment Only
You can quickly make a payments/payment allocations or view loan balances; however, it is better to log in using a web browser if you’re searching for other info including contact info. Clicking on any info links that lead to other pages in the app proves to be difficult to navigate. You can’t navigate back to the app homepage once you click on any link to other pages. You have to force close the app session and re-login to get to the app account summary page. The same applies when you click their info links like Contact Us.

Doesn’t Work
This app is basically useless. You always have to re-enter your personal info to get in and when you click on anything it goes to a blank white screen and freezes. Their website isn’t much better. It’s immensely disappointing since everyone and their brother expects individuals to pay on their student loans. Well, it’s kind of hard to when you can’t use your servicer’s website or app to view basic information.

Absolute garbage. Fedloans, I miss you!
This is not an app, just garbage. I’m dreading actually having to use the website to make payments if they can’t even be bothered to make a functional app. Fedloans set the bar high. Very disappointed and not looking forward to January
Horrible.
Half my screens are white and blank. Nothing I try to click on will open. Looks like a link that you open in safari, not an actual app.
