Terrible app
I can’t even register. Drop down for city, mode of id etc don’t even work. Please fix the basics before you release an app to users ( this is on apple phone. 14 Promax with all softwtupdates iOS 26.5)
No provision to complain
This app doesn’t have a provision for complaining about the incompetent services at the Hospital
Nothing is working in this app
I tried accessing the app after a few weeks. Although the app is opening with my PIN, it is again asking me to enter my details and is not remembering anything. I am unable to put is all the information once again because some of the fields are just not taking values

The app is not showing medical reports. Very disappointing.

Simple and intuitive to use. I am able to book the appointment with less number of clicks.
