It’s easy to do for someone in their 8o’s.
Be Wise
The App does not send you a notification when a transaction happens on your account so you have to log in and try and find the transactions. Also the exchange rates are poor.

Technical difficulties
App and ability to load money onto the card constantly a problem. Works intermittently which has been really inconvenient. When working it is a great facility for me but it is unreliable and frustrating.

When it loads it does the job. The "when it loads" being the operative part of that statement. however it is an okay app. Not as well polished as most finance apps.

Watch out for loading over the limit of debit card
It is important you check on the final screen for confirming payment you have not gone over the maximum allowable transfer set by your bank. If the cost of the transfer exceeds this there is a 24 hr stand down before you can try again

Easy to use. Transferring funds to buy the currency needed. When I have rarely needed to speak to someone they have always been helpful and provided solutions.
Poor service
I had the worst experience ever with this card . For years and years no problem . Then all of a sudden I couldn’t load my card. It took 7-8 months to fix . I had to deal with Filipino accents that had no idea what was going on and promising to fix “ it’ll be sorted by next week sir” seven or so months later got fixed because it was cutting me off at $60k instead of $100 k
I got $200 compensation but lost at least $40k spending in airpoints .
Meanwhile these corporations arar making massive profits and sticking it to the customers

Handy access to funds abroad. Have used for a few years now.
