The Airofit app connects with the Airofit breathing trainer device to help users measure their lung capacity and respiratory strength. It then provides customized training programs designed to improve various aspects of respiratory health and physical performance.
Key features include informative lung tests to measure vital lung capacity and respiratory pressures, targeted training programs for specific goals, challenging exercises with visual and audio instructions, engaging activity tracking to monitor progress, and easy personal customization for reminders and profiles.
The app itself is free to download and use, but it is designed to work with the Airofit breathing trainer device. In-app purchases may be available for additional features or programs, and the device itself is a separate purchase.
You can target your breathing training towards several goals, including enhancing respiratory strength, increasing anaerobic tolerance, improving vital lung capacity, boosting instant performance before events, and promoting relaxation and stress reduction through meditative breathing patterns.
This app is for anyone interested in improving their breathing and respiratory health. It's particularly beneficial for athletes looking to enhance physical performance, individuals seeking stress reduction and relaxation techniques, or anyone wanting to better understand and train their lung capacity.
