Scam do not use
I selected my dates and booked my flight, however the itinerary after I paid were not the dates I chose. I contacted Airpaz and they told me I need to pay a change fee and no refund is allowed. The app made an error but I was forced to pay. Now I’m still waiting for the new tickets to be confirmed. Really hoping it goes through considering how much money I already paid for a mistake that wasn’t my fault. I don’t recommend the app as others have mentioned, it’s buggy and unreliable.

Te descargas la app porque te ofrecen grandes descuentos y luego cuando vas a finalizar la compra de tu vuelo, te descuentan menos de la mitad del “gran” descuento que mencionaban y al final según con lo que pagues, te ponen recargos.. no recomiendo esta app a menos que te guste que te engañen

Horrific app, terrible customer experience
Cycle on chat for hours, no resolution, no human, times out at the moment issues supposedly escalate to a real agent. Fraudulent refund process that automatically denies correct submissions yet the airline confirms AirPaz never reaches them. Will never use again and suggest you don’t bother unless you want your money to be siphoned off by a shill company. Will be reporting to credit agencies and seeking redress through international channels.

NOT AirAsia app. Adds 13.7% fee!
This is not the official AirAsia app, so you will always pay more than if you booked direct. They pay a lot of marketing costs so they appear alongside (or even above) AirAsia in search results.
Ultimately it’s essentially a scam as it adds entirely unnecessary fees. Avoid.

Worst app ever i swear
My experience with Airpaz was extremely disappointing.
At first, I booked a flight ticket through them, but when I arrived at Da Nang Airport, I discovered that there was actually no booking under my name. The airport was extremely crowded, and I had to stand in a very long line waiting for my turn, only to be told in the end that my reservation did not exist. Because of this, I was forced to purchase another ticket at the airport.
After that, I contacted Airpaz asking for compensation. At first, they refused. After many attempts and long conversations, they finally agreed to compensate me, but until today I have never received any actual refund or payment.
I tried contacting them many times over the past 9 months, but dealing with their customer service became exhausting and frustrating. Sometimes they barely reply at all, and when they do, they simply claim that the compensation was already processed, while in reality I received nothing. What is even more frustrating is that they never seriously try to investigate whether the issue might be from their side in the first place.
Honestly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

Reschedule
I am trying to reschedule my flight however my request keeps being declined. However, if I search the flight I can purchase a ticket for the flight still.
Serious Data Breach Issue
I booked a flight through them, and someone else's name popped up inside my account for a flight change request, including her full name, booking id and pin code visible. (This is all the information someone needs to edit other people's itinerary without consent). Not only this but they have mislabeled a simple wheelchair request due to a minor mobility issue as a cognitive/mental disability assistance request. This could potentially create a serious confusion when I show up at the airport. For this reason I lost all trust in them to handle my flight safely and competently, so I immediately contacted them for a refund. but they did something very odd. They asked me the reason I wanted a refund, after I've already explained to them the reason. This same question happened about 3 times, and each time I repeated the reason to them calmly with photo evidence in the same email thread. No simple answer, like yes or no. They kept taking me around in circles with the same question on why I wanted a refund, until they eventually stopped replying all together. I honestly do not know what in the world they were doing by asking me the same question over and over. So now I will do everything in my power to spread the word on every possible platform so that people are aware... your booking information is NOT safe with them. They will potentially share your confidential information with other customers.

Change Flight
Airppaz emailed that my Change flight request was decline as the flight I selected (depart Melbourne to KL on 7th Feb, 6am) was sold out. But the SAME flight is available when I try to buy it as a new ticket !! Very bad . Are u try to scam me as wanting to earn more money??

I book my plane tickets and realize the month was not right so I went and try to reschedule it but it cost same as a new flight I ask to cancel the luggage allowance because I can’t cancel the flight but also not approved so I went and go to the official website of the airlines and was able to get the flight I want plus extra like priority and meal for half the price they ask here, reason why I buy tickets here it’s because I thought they are the official app of the airlines

Cause by app problem don’t refund
I am writing to report an issue that occurred during my payment process. When I first selected my destination, everything was correct. However, due to your app loading for about five minutes during payment, I had to try again — and after that, the selected location was reversed.
This issue was not caused by me but clearly by a problem within your app. Despite that, I have been informed that I am not eligible for a refund, which I find very unfair and unacceptable.
Please investigate this matter urgently and process my refund accordingly. I hope your team can review this case seriously, as such a basic technical error should not cause inconvenience to your customers.

Couldn’t change flight
I tried to change my flight due to delayed visa, but the app would freeze up and become unresponsive.
