This company is a scam. I bought an iPhone from them they sent me a broken charger They’re refusing to send out another one. They keep playing email tag with me they don’t do anything they say they’re going to do there’s basically no customer service. This is some Indian company scam Americans avoid this company and avoid this app.

Probably gonna sue.
Scam. Took my money , days off my service plan with no service. No actual help just Chatbot who isn’t helpful and sends you to website that don’t work for help and comes up with error message. No way to refund. Sucky app, sucky service, terrible help , and probably will end up suing.

I think this is a great app my first month free mobile service and I don’t need customer service so maybe people just have a hard time activating so just turn your phone off and back on and make sure u have your profile

It keeps saying my device is not compatible with eSIM and asked me to use Psim instead
They don't have an additional data add on for hotspot
I only purchased this plan for the hotspot and prices. Beware you have to tick the box that says you want to add hotspot . Simply choosing a plan that includes it is not enough. If you don't you will be forced to pay another $55 and lose out on the rest of the months benefits you already paid for. Not worth it. Mint Mobile is better than that.

I’ve been reading the reviews and if you have a iPhone you must download and install the air voice profile to your phone. Look it up download it and install it. I had same issue until I just googled the issue now any iPhone that the carrier is AT&T it works perfectly

TRIES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR NO REASON
I literally had a free trial and they tried to take 27 dollars out of my account for no reason and now its not lettjng me delete my account from them or take mt card off their app.

I don’t recommend this service to anyone. I’ve been trying to reach someone for weeks and can’t seem to get through to customer service no matter how long I wait on hold. I’ve also tried to order a new SIM for my phone and for some reason something keeps screwing up on their end. Also on my old phone I wasn’t even able to make calls, only texts. Because if something on their end. This service provider is a total scam.

This company is a joke I bought too uo data because the 10 gb that comes w my plan isn’t enough and paid 15.00 for 4 gb that I never was able to use . Total rip-off..and customer service is bullshiit too dont waste your time with this company

I left undecided about AirTalk wireless at first the service was great I got to pick out my phone everything was prompt but lately my service don’t work very well and I upgraded a new phone which was a downgrade it was horrible phone hopefully they can make some changes and get back to good service again
