Scam
This company is a scam. I bought an iPhone from them they sent me a broken charger They’re refusing to send out another one. They keep playing email tag with me they don’t do anything they say they’re going to do there’s basically no customer service. This is some Indian company scam Americans avoid this company and avoid this app.

Paying customer
Worst customer service ever
Probably gonna sue.
Scam. Took my money , days off my service plan with no service. No actual help just Chatbot who isn’t helpful and sends you to website that don’t work for help and comes up with error message. No way to refund. Sucky app, sucky service, terrible help , and probably will end up suing.
:)
I think this is a great app my first month free mobile service and I don’t need customer service so maybe people just have a hard time activating so just turn your phone off and back on and make sure u have your profile
Useless app
They blocked my Ip immediately I downloaded the app don’t waist your time to download this useless app
Great
No regrets so far

I’m new to this service but so far it been working excellent
Does not work with iPhone SE
It keeps saying my device is not compatible with eSIM and asked me to use Psim instead
They don't have an additional data add on for hotspot
I only purchased this plan for the hotspot and prices. Beware you have to tick the box that says you want to add hotspot . Simply choosing a plan that includes it is not enough. If you don't you will be forced to pay another $55 and lose out on the rest of the months benefits you already paid for. Not worth it. Mint Mobile is better than that.

Fake
I did everything I was asked to do including the download of APN profile nothing work ! It’s keep giving me no service
Download the profile everyone
I’ve been reading the reviews and if you have a iPhone you must download and install the air voice profile to your phone. Look it up download it and install it. I had same issue until I just googled the issue now any iPhone that the carrier is AT&T it works perfectly
helpful
this is definitely helpful, at least for me, i pay my stuff on time, its really beneficial.
Don’t know what
Don’t know what ? using no longer, deleting .They said they are just to collect the money from the guv and not provide any services, remarkably.. if you need services I highly recommend air talk wireless they are probably the best of best..
TRIES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR NO REASON
I literally had a free trial and they tried to take 27 dollars out of my account for no reason and now its not lettjng me delete my account from them or take mt card off their app.
BAD!
I don’t recommend this service to anyone. I’ve been trying to reach someone for weeks and can’t seem to get through to customer service no matter how long I wait on hold. I’ve also tried to order a new SIM for my phone and for some reason something keeps screwing up on their end. Also on my old phone I wasn’t even able to make calls, only texts. Because if something on their end. This service provider is a total scam.
