Poor initial experience
Took numerous attempts to set up the account, very frustrating, why in this day & age can’t a company provide a seamless experience considering the amount of money users/investers are allowing this company to manage on their behalf..

Honestly, if I could give a lower score, I would. This is the worst finance-related app I have used (by a long long way). Do better. It’s like you don’t care about clients - and the website isn’t much better.
Only a snapshot
The major thing missing from this is any info on total holdings over time. You really only get a snapshot of today’s total. Individual fund performance over time is useful but why no total fund performance? Does not really give me much utility.. I am not going to bother an IFA for a monthly report or remember to go and check totals on the same day each month and do a spreadsheet! Disappointed.

Complete lack of options, doesn’t allow you to withdraw or deposit money, completely lacking in utility.
Portfolio Performance Data Lacking
Rubbish. All I can see is a headline ‘performance’ number in %age. No indication of timeframe for this performance, indication of performance of comparative benchmark or ability to analyse the performance over different timeframes. Awful. One of the main things I want to know is how my portfolio is performing over Day, Month, YTD, 1 yr, 3 yr, 5 yr timeframes - this is standard performance reporting data. Ridiculous I can’t see this for my own portfolio.

New App?
5 years ago the app developer stated that AJB were working on a new app. Is that available? Not much info available on the current app. Possibly developer should explore the apps of competing sites.

Buggy
Since the last update , I can no longer view cash statements on the app, and have to sign into the website to view. Please fix. The app simply says there are no cash statements to display. Changing the date range doesn’t help.
Securing the device!!
I like the app itself as it is quick and easy to get a quick snapshot of the values when it’s working properly but now I have to keep turning the iPad off, turning it back on to get it so I can log in. Something to do with Auto Log Out it appears. The problem being is that Securing Device doesn’t happen.

AJ Bell Investcentre app
I frequently have to delete this app as it gets stuck on ‘securing device’ when I try to open it. This issue has been going on for a while now and hasn’t been resolved yet.

Suddenly buggy logon
Since the last update the app has issues when logging on, often refers to security token issues and hangs with ‘securing device’ message. Kill the app and try again always works, but wasn’t necessary until the most recent update.
Where are the fund factsheets?
Got a pension invested in 3 funds. When I select a fund and try to view Key Investor Information all I see is a random string of text. 2 of the funds do this. The other fund has no option to view a factsheet. App is therefore unusable for me.
If you change your email the app and system doesn’t work
There doesn’t seem to be any way to register with the system or to reset a password if you have changed your email address. I wouldn’t bother with the app. It doesn’t work.
Colours
Can you please change font colours used to define the Portfolio Total as hard to read - can you also show gains in green and losses in red ? Thanks and hope an easy and quick fix ?
No Face ID
Could be a good app but won’t remember password and Face ID can’t be enabled. Also app closes after 2 minutes of inactivity and when i change this it doesn’t save the selection. Basic stuff really.
