Poor initial experience
Took numerous attempts to set up the account, very frustrating, why in this day & age can’t a company provide a seamless experience considering the amount of money users/investers are allowing this company to manage on their behalf..

Even with advice from AJB their app is a disaster.
Rubbish
This app was working well but the latest update won’t let me get access to my fund. I will be moving my fund elsewhere

Honestly, if I could give a lower score, I would. This is the worst finance-related app I have used (by a long long way). Do better. It’s like you don’t care about clients - and the website isn’t much better.
