Not a fan
I moved from HL as I didn’t like the HL fee structure, way too expensive for the same service. Or so I thought…
Sadly I hate this AJBell app as the figures don’t update often enough and it is not user friendly, visually intuitive and enjoyable as Hargreaves Langsdown. Maybe I don’t get the full benefit as I have transferred instead of started there. I don’t like it so much that I am considering going back to HL even though the fees are much higher!!
Update - I really don’t like their system. I wish one of the developers would download the HL app to see how well the competition does the app. I’m staying with AJ as the fee structure is better, staying but still annoyed

Good but..
I’d love to see the value each stock gained/lost this week/month on the overview page not just for all time.

Great funds and advice. Have learnt and gained a lot from my time using. Would highly recommend.
Rubbish
Outdated app, clunky to use, no way to give feedback through the app. Delays on prices and updates. Doesn’t even show you when you’ve got a secure message. The SpaceX IPO was an absolute shambles from AJ Bell. I wish I’d gone with Trading 212 now.
Siemens Energy
There is now live feed and your prices are sometimes hours behind, you also can’t see the price of the stock in its own currency just sterling, cant see the exchange rate when dealing, only have 10 second to trade and can’t put in limit orders on stocks outside the Uk. For a professional outfit it’s very poor technology.

Good site but needs some evolution
The site and app is easy to use, and helpful, but it does fall down on up to data analysis of stocks.
Outdated
Clunky. Hugely outdated. Only one extra large iOS widget available, which the balance keeps disappearing after an hour or two. Improve this with balance remaining showing in widgets and offer smaller widget too
Easy of use
Great app and easy to use. Clear information. Make for easy saving for my future.
Want to sell whole holding
Could only sell whole holding by stipulating number of units owned not by simply stating “all” or “whole”
Fix the app
All the money side of things work great but the app is so bad. I can’t even login quickly anymore using faceID and having it put my password in. I have to go to my passwords app and copy and paste it in. This is just the first in a long list of annoying little bugs that shouldn’t be happening. Whole thing should be rebuilt anyway as the UI makes little sense. I like banking with AJ Bell- I do so in spite of this app though
