This system & app is a game changer fully protecting my gardens, garage & home.

Started with a basic setup and now had over 30 devices active including heat & smoke sensors.

Love how you can customise everything fine tuning the setup.

Still can’t believe how good the battery life is on the sensors & sirens.

Zuverlässigkeit

Zuverlässiges System. Melder, die nicht kabelgebunden mit der Zentrale kommunizieren, arbeiten zuverlässig. Seit Jahren keine Störungen. Batterieaustausch i.d.R. nach 3-4 Jahren selbst durchführbar.

L’appli a parfois du temps de réponse. Elle évolue avec le temps et comporte toujours de nouvelles fonctionnalités.

Système au top !

Quasiment rien à redire. Énormément de possibilités de gestion des droits, des comptes, des espaces. Juste un truc qui semble absent : la possibilité de réorganiser l’ordre des dispositifs… Quand on veut couper rapidement la sirène d’un détecteur incendie (par ex), faut scroller jusqu’au bon endroit dans la longue liste… pas pratique du tout. D’où, une étoile en moins.
Edit : je viens d’acquérir une Doorbell. Lorsque je reçois une notification, j’aurai aimé via un appui long sur la notif sur l’écran de veille de l’iPhone, faire apparaître directement l’image que l’on retrouve dans l’onglet notification de l’appli. Gain de temps et réactivité… Merci à vous.

Great System

Great system and the app is so far easy to use. Would be great if you could change the order in which the ‘my devices’ is displayed. Also would be great to see a widget option for IOS users that would give me the remote options so I didn’t have to open the app each time.

Update

Not another update. Again. Always updating. Nothing in background to update. But the moment you come to use it. It needs an update. Can I choose when to update it no. But as soon as I need to press arm when leaving the house it needs to update then. It’s really useful when this happens when it’s raining and I need to arm the house when I’m outside. It just gives me a warm feeling that I went wireless and can control it with my phone. Oh and power cuts help as well. Can’t wait to downgrade to old style hard wired system. Load of c***

Très bonne application mais

Je trouve cette application très ergonomique et de qualité, mais serait-il possible d'ajouter la possibilité de modifier l'ordre des dispositifs de façon à mieux les organiser ?

Actuellement l'ordre est celui des ajouts, je voudrais bien regrouper les sirènes ensemble et mettre les dispositifs dans un certain ordre.

I really like this app, I would like to see the setting icon moved away from the panic button, I’ve hit it by accident a few times.. other than that it’s really good!

iPad screen space needed

The app is good but needs to be more compatible with iPad. The screen space is not good on iPad at the moment which is frustrating.

Ajax alarms best I’ve ever had

I have had several hard wired alarms. All worked ok for about 5 years. Then had to replace
Had the Ajax installed . I can do everything remotely. It’s reliable. It’s simple to use. I’m me of the best products I’ve ever purchased

Great Hardware, poor cloud service/app

I have been a customer of Ajax for quite sometime now and I love their products but the cloud service is poor and I sometimes had issues getting in my house or out of it due to the system being armed and the app doesn’t work because their cloud server is down… which I later got a keypad for to resolve the issue temporarily…

What we need is off-grid security system that does not require cloud connection nor internet for those who does not need or require security company/monitoring company.

Another issue is integrations. Almost all aspect of connected sensors/electronics in my house are added/controlled/monitored through Home Assistant… when will we see Ajax opening some Api’s/allowing integration with Hassio? Dont need to control the security system (which is what you’ll probably say as a security issue) but maybe monitor system arming status in a good way and door/window open/close status. I currently have ajax sensor and other sensors for my doors and gates because Ajax does not allow its sensors/api.

As for API access and integrations: at the moment, our API is not publicly available and is provided only to official partners. Besser geht’s kaum!

Es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen - die App funktioniert tadellos und zuverlässig.

Hier wäre noch ein i-Tüpfelchen:

Bei meiner letzten eingesetzten Software gab es eine Sache, die echt sehr hilfreich war. Sobald eine Bewegung stattfand, wurde mir das auf meiner Apple Watch in Form eines Vorschaubildes mitgeteilt und man konnte sich das ein oder andere Öffnen der App übers iPhone sparen.
