Extremely Difficult to Figure Out!
The app is extremely difficult to navigate, why can’t it have simple menus that make sense instead of hidden drop down features and confusing options?! Just let someone easily select which videos to view then select download if desired!
If I need a video, I manually connect the dash cam to my laptop and download the video files because the app is awful!

Makes thousands of blank albums
Tried downloading a recording to my phone. The software is very clunky and hard to use but I finally got it to download 1 single video file. In the process it created thousands of blank photo albums!
I am now going to have to manually delete each blank album one at a time

Doesn’t work
Akaso V1 DOESNT show on my iPhone. Downloaded the Akaso Car app as told, and it DOES nothing. Doesn’t seem to connect thru Wi-Fi to the phone. Got no help from them either.
Difficult to Connect and Use
The wifi in the dash cam is a pain to connect to, and app will crash when trying to view anything off of the main screen. Not reliable to pull up as needed.
Good camera quality terrible execution
Quality dash camera, but the app is terrible. Was in a car accident and can’t even use the dash camera videos as evidence because you can’t save them on your smart phone.
