Worst experience during my dubai Holiday through Akbar Travels
Thanks for all the mess and stress you have given me during and before the trip. You had completely ruined my first international trip with my wife. Pathetic pathetic experience. Would never ever recommend anyone for Akbar Travels. Just a suggestion, sometimes be human and think that people go for vacations and take packages so as to have stress free travel and enjoy. Not to get more stress from people like you.
No internal cordination, no systematic planning, zero customer service, not at all on commitments is what i saw.
Thanks for all the stress you gave me and for ruining probably my only visit of dubai in lifetime.

I have been contacting your team since March 27, 2026, regarding my ticket purchase; however, I have not received the ticket to date.
The flight was scheduled for March 30, 2026, but I neither received the ticket nor any response to my emails. The flight has now passed without any communication from your end. What is particularly frustrating is that my payment was already accepted by your company. And I was charged and no refund happening.

Refund not received yet from Akbar Travels. It has already been 3 weeks, even though the airline has processed the refund. There is still no update or payment from the agent side. Very disappointing experience with the delay and lack of response.

Worst customer service
I bought a ticket from them and and I also paid money for refund incase the ticket get cancelled and the ticket got cancelled from their side. I have been trying to contact them in every possible way. I called the customer care number, there they provided WhatsApp number, I texted them in WhatsApp but they gave automated reply and asked to fill the form, I filled the form and it’s been 4-5 days and no one contacted me yet. I also reported through their app and also emailed them but no one is responding. What is the solution now? Are you scammer?

For booking Akabr travels is fine we will get good service but once it cancelled we will never get a refund and a no customer service …. I called them many times staff was so poor in communication mailed about the issue no response once we call the staff for assistance they will say will give you other number call there if we call number is not valid after that no response still its been one month no response regarding my refund …. I got a very poor experience

Third party not original, worst support system for this application, if you book tickets through this application Akbar travels are not taking any responsibility , either call centre or emails not supportive. Please don’t relay on this app. Not a review , writing based on experience.

These people are trying to cheat people. Worst customer support ever. Ticket bought from them cannot be tracked from the airline sites because for their profit they are including our tickets in group category without informing us. Such a cheap travel app
