Had a very tough time in taking money out of this cards, when you are out of uae support is very minimal
Finicky App
I find it so annoying. I got my daughter a card in my name, and whenever she logs in to check her balance, I get blocked out for a long time and get a failure msg every time I try to log in. Even if she logs out I still need to wait for a long time before I am allowed to enter. Its so inconvenient especially when I need to add to her balance in a rush. Please fix this problem!

Works fine as expected
Very convenient. Noticeably better exchange rates compared to using a credit card abroad. You notice the big difference on higher value purchases. I’m very satisfied.
