Repeated Update Prompt – Requesting a Permanent and Professional Fix

It’s honestly surprising that the same issue is still happening every month. Every time I try to use the money transfer option, the app again forces the exact same update prompt. It genuinely feels like the updates are being pushed without proper testing, because the problem keeps coming back unchanged.

A basic function like sending money should not turn into a monthly struggle. This repeated update loop is unprofessional and extremely inconvenient.

Extreme delay

This exchange is not recommended because of the delay. When other apps takes 5 to 10 mins. They need 10 hours or even more.

Whenever I open it’s showing updates it’s take 5 minutes. Better I open another app to send money

Application overview

As they are offering fastest transfer system but their application technical support is very bad even i can say that very worst, it is basic when you are starting their service they will do your KYC with your mobile number and email id without that they are not allowing anyone to do a transaction. Still every time i face the problem they came up with solution that either your mobile number or email id not registered. Kindly do that… i dont understand if they are not following their basic principles then why they kept an technical support department eventhough they also dont know what to do and what not to do…
I was using their services since last 6-7 months whenever i face problem they dont have solution so now i am not using their services and not recommending anyone to use this App.

NO SUPPORT

No support at all, email? No reply, WhatsApp? Please visit branch. Branch? We will send email. Call center? Try to call you will be on hold for at least 20 minutes. And forced you to press 9 for calling you back WHOCH IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN
