Doesn’t work.
I’ve been sat here for an hour trying to log into my account. This authentication app doesn’t work. It’s so frustrating! We shouldn’t have to deal with this! I need to access my account but because I changed my phone I had to re register. An absolute nightmare!

Just spent a third soul-sucking fruitless session with customer service trying to access my fixed term deposit account. I still cannot proceed and access my account. I note this app scores 1 star!
Who was the genius who insisted this was superior to what all other banks do and simply send a 6-digit authentication code for us to submit and then access our account??
I shall wait until November 2025 when my fixed term deposit matures and hope management has seen the light and dispensed with this system. Otherwise I will have to try again, withdraw all my fund and never go near Al Rayan Bank again! Your love affair with digital access is pathetic!

Dreadful
Hard, inconvenient and highly not intuitive. Device registration is the hardest part and is not well described anywhere. No help or guidance to use this rubbish.
Can’t login
Neither the app nor the desktop version allows you to log in, likely due to an authentication issue with the main server. They are pushing customers to use their digital platform, which isn't functioning properly. It's baffling how this bank operates with such decision-makers at the top.

I can’t access by bank accounts because this piece of **** app won’t even open!

I have a new iphone and not able to open my app or use this Authenticator to help!

Absolutely useless. I can’t open either my banking app or desktop digital banking. And they don’t open on weekends to give customer assistance. Shambles. Time to move all accounts to another bank that knows what they are doing

Can’t access my accounts on either desktop or mobile. App just doesn’t work. And phoning is a nightmare.

I have never got this app to work. Every time I login and am asked to scan the image absolutely nothing happens. I can easily access my 3 other banks and PayPal, but this is hopeless

Hopeless! I now can’t access my accounts either via PC or iPhone App. This security ‘update’ seems to be a shambles as I see I’m not alone in not being able to make this work.

Does not work
One of the worst app I have ‘used’. I say ‘used’ because I could not get it to work at all. Authenticator is useless and so is the actual banking app

Frustrating
It’s always difficult to update an Al Ryan Mobile banking app. Why can’t they make it as simple as other banks. Very frustrating

This is most miserable app I have tired to use. Please ask HSBC and Natwest on how to run such a service.
