Face ID not working Solution
Face ID had not been working for years. It is now working after going into settings and toggling faceID off then back on which reset it and now it works.
Face ID doesn’t work
Every single time I login I have to go into my passwords to fill the password because Face ID doesn’t work.
Horrible app
At least once a month the app and website goes down at random times. Several updates ago it no longer does the simple Face ID to login, it went from the simplicity of Face ID to having to scroll through the saved passwords (thankfully it starts with an A) to find your password, to now you have to either manually enter your password or copy and paste it. Completely ridiculous! As soon as I convince my husband to change credit unions we are because all the complications and hassles are just not worth it, plus none of our local branches do anything in office: applying for a loan of any kind (home car other…) without having to schedule an appointment for someone from somewhere else to come down to the office so you can handle your business. On top of all that they (our local office) don’t even have an updated atm where you can make deposits right there, instead you have to go inside and wait. I am not happy with this whole institute… the only positive thing I have to say about Alabama Credit Union is that the people who work there have been nice thus far.

Zelle
Zelle only works via the banking app. Cannot find Zelle or how to make a transfer via Zelle anywhere on the website or the app. Having to go to the CU for help and I am pretty sure they will not have a clue.
Good for quick check-ups, bad for anything else
Been using the app for a little over a year and all I can say is that it’s good for a 5 minute use. But if you’re trying to use it for anything else, good luck.

When looking through past transactions, it randomly jitters and bugs out when scrolling past 3 months ago.
That’s all I really do so not too in depth. It’s alright but nothing amazing.

Credit information not updating
Credit card information does no update. I contact the bank with no help.
Fix
App was working fine now I can’t make payments when I try it closes all the way out. I don’t like using the website so can you please fix the!
fix pending account balances
this app needs an update. i know y'alls banking system in branch gets all transactions at once and has the account balance available with all pending transactions deducted. y'all need to fix the app so it does the same before there's a lawsuit on your hands for unethical banking practices. y'all aren't wells fargo.

Signing on
For the last few wks, It won’t allow me use my finger print to get into the site. All the other sites I can still use the finger print to get into another site. A little aggravating.
