Horrible customer service
This company has no customer service I am furious they are a horrible company who sends canned responses that they are looking into it and does not reply for 30 minutes to an hour. I would like to be contacted by a representative
does not support discover cards
im sure this app is great, but it does not support discover cards. there is also a 19.99 fee that albert will charge you every month that is not warned before starting an account. be more transparent

Will charge for subscriptions and alter price without notification and when you talk to support it’s an ai slop chatbot. Cancelling subscription is almost impossible they try to trick you to click the wrong thing and start the whole process over
Robbing you blind
Secretly charging me 19.99 a month after I canceled my account. Made it impossible to deactivate in the first place. Then kept charging me without notice for 5months. Pettiest, sneakiest and worst app of all time. Use a different Cash App. Or use this and find out for yourself.

Worst Cash App I’ve used. They’ll take your money before you even start. Make it very difficult to cancel. And give you atrocious fees. I hate this app, use Tilt, Grant or Money Lion is the best. Albert sucks. Get out while it allows you to. And the “genius” feature is a waste of time and extra money.

It also tracks my spending so I know how much is going where so I don't go wasting money. On top of all that it saves me money automatically. This app is a freaking lifesaver!!! 10/10!!!!!
