Don’t Bother
I’ve used this app for a few years, but am letting it go. It was fine until the last few months when glitches became constant and customer support non-existent. Despite recently reverifying my account details and having it confirmed it was successful, it asks me to do it again. Chat is a bot, not a human. Emailed support only to get referred to chat. Email support again and I get different answers. Insane and not worth it at all at this point.

Scammiest
Here’s my story. I went and tried to verify identity and it said I couldn’t have an account. I could not find anyway to verify. AI chat told me to text support to chat. It sent me back to the AI which sent me to chat. Today I received a charge on my bank account ( wrong one by the way) for 19.99. So it charged me a subscription for a service I wasn’t allowed to have or at the time cancel. I finally after an hour found the small print and I do mean small print and at least was able to deactivate. They make it extremely difficult to cancel or deactivate. They also make it difficult to verify identity. The AI is useless and there seems to be no agent support There are many other apps that are much with more transparency. Avoid this one like the plague

Customer service is terrible, money comes out randomly and will take you negative hundreds. No I’m not lying, no I’m not a bot, just a real person truly over Albert doing this.

Albert: Budgeting and Banking just seems to be there with the cash I need and at the time I need it mm and the interest they charge isn’t bad. I do wish they would go by your paycheck as to when you have to pay the advance.

Cant pay off a loan balance because the app is too slow to update and my link bank account balance….. i have money to pay off the loan why its keeping saying balance too low ?!?! I will be deleting this app as soon as possible.
Negative Stars
If I could leave negative stars I would. What a hassle it is to cancel your account subscription. Theres no option on the app you have to ask the AI help option and then it tries OVER AND OVER AND OVER to keep you attached to the subscription. It also puts the continue buttons in different spots so you constantly click the wrong thing to move forward. Scam artists.

Poorly optimized, predatory, no easy way to cancel subscription or close youre account. Scam institution.
Predatory App
It was advertised to me as a free budgeting app. Started noticing $40 charges on my bank account. Definitely would have not downloaded the app had I known I would be charged $40. I guess I should have read the fine print. When I tried to cancel my subscription it was very complicated. Someone who is less tech savvy could have real problems trying to cancel. The whole experience felt very predatory. Do not recommend.

Dangerous Scam
They are still texting me with me about my account balances. DO NOT let this AI Thief into your accounts and life. I canceled and closed the account and got a refund but they are still texting me about my accounts. It is a DANGEROUS SCAM! Be warned!

This stupid app wasn’t compatible with my bank and I never used it. Deleted the app the same day but was surprised to see they were charging me $19.99/mo for a useless subscription.

Makes it so hard to close your account. I just wanted to look at a loan option and it made me sign up for trial account. Almost forgot about it and got scammed but I remembered and canceled

There’s a reason they had a lawsuit against them. Hidden fees, forcing you to allow them to take money from your account to “invest”. Forcing you to sign up for the paid version, so you can then downgrade to free version. I was charged $19.99 genius service despite opting to not include Genius specifically. Scam scam scam
