Poor Funtionality
You can’t use the app with cellular data and Alert 360 does not have this tied into the security system. Always fail loading out side of my house network.
Blurry since updating
After updating the app the camera view on the app is constantly blurry!
Slow Connection
Since the last update it takes 5-10 minutes to arm/disarm using app. I have 1g internet at home & it still takes this long
Difficult and often faulty
Good pic on camera. Thats the only good thing i have to say about these cameras or 360 customer service/support.
I have camera’s for safety reasons. I had a theft. Knew the time range it happened. I dont have a single frame to give the police. Cant watch at a continuous fast forward. 1/2 the time it reads ‘no video available’. Why have cameras if you can’t easily review recordings? Waste ic time and money.

BUGS!
Constant crashing and video image stays on long enough to see the main menu. Definitely needs a revamp. Had no issues for a while then all of a sudden it won’t stay on the camera I choose before the app kicks you off all the way to the main home page of my phone.
