App rarely works. Alarm went off and husband said he was just testing it and they said ok and hung up. They didn’t ask the password, nothing. Could’ve been a burglar.
Upgraded technology
I have been a client of Bay Alarm for decades. And you all failed to upgrade my technology, even though I pay every month for a service. I now have motion detectors that are decades, old and failing, and they are not replacing them.
Protected
This system is very useful and easy to use. I love that I can operate it from anywhere in the world. The response is fast and makes you and your family feel safe
System isn’t reliable and customer service is poor
Can’t access my system through the app and customer service isn’t helping as I asked for them to armed away my home but they didn’t do it
Not productive use of users time
Really Bad product. Everything from lifetime of Keyfobs to the App it is just a bad all around experience
