Light rail train sounds for the alerts RT appreciate
I would love to be able to change the sound of the alert to like the choo-choo sound in my iPhone or a train bell so I can change the sound of the alert. Like if a sound of a light rail train was recorded, I could use that for the sound of the alerts. And it makes more sense that way.

Regional Transit Police, need to use the Loud Public Speakers, and Customer Service can Answer questions distracting bus drivers and road rage (who ever heard a passenger bus without cruse control, gps?).
No help whatsoever
I had a situation where a young man verbally assaulted me and was threatening to cause physical harm. I sent in a report and a video and police was supposed to meet me at CRC light rail station and they did not. They called me but never address the situation and no police showed up. If you try to call to follow report, you are wasting your time. They will do absolutely nothing.

Doing what’s right
It’s nice to be able to do what’s right in a discrete manner. It’s a start to combating involuntary drugging as well as so many other things.
Useless
Alerts for service disruption are never timely and often do not happen at all. There have been several times I’ve waited at light rail stations for trains that never come only to find out from bus drivers or other service workers that the trains are not running. I will check the app for more information, but no alerts have been issued.

The delete all button disappeared after the last update.... please bring it back! Notifications get out of control without it
Need ability to filter and delete all messages
I travel only by gold line and would like to filter out messages for blue and green line or view all messages if I so choose to. .
Also, I would like to delete all messages or messages that are older than the one I have selected, etc.
Also I have my iPhone using dark theme and I am unable to see what I am typing because your app is showing white text on white background. I had to type all this up in Notes app and transfer it over here.

Constant delays
I recently moved to the Sacramento area and signed up for alerts. Little did I know I would get alerts all day long . Every line is constantly 8-15 minutes late for one reason or another . It’s no longer an alert, it’s the norm . I find the alerts absolutely useless.
Current location of trains
The app should offer the current locations of the trains.
No alerts
The alerts are rarely sent out and on the rare occasion they are released, they are hours after the incident. It is very difficult to plan accordingly when I am not made aware of closures and delays as they are occurring.
For every other RT rider I know
Decent app. Hating apps myself, I avoid downloading them. Although I dislike bad news, especially during my evening commute home, this one is definitely worth having.
