Bank Alfalah is acting like a robber and a thief doing day light robbery by deducting PKR 5,000 charges from my RDA PKR Account wrongly and unfairly. This bank has cheat and robbing practices like other banks. Avoid opening account in this bank at all costs.

ATM transaction dispute not sort out more then one and half month
If Bank Alfalah maintains that the disputed PKR 50,000 transaction actually occurred on 26 May 2026, then the bank must explain how that transaction is connected to my account when my ATM card activity, ATM machine timestamp, and my actual ATM visit were on 28 May 2026. If an unauthorized person withdrew cash using my account or if there is any system or record mismatch, it is the bank’s responsibility to conduct a proper investigation, identify the actual cause, and protect its customer’s funds. Simply closing the complaint without addressing this contradiction is neither fair nor acceptable.

One of the best banking apps I’ve ever used! As an FCY account holder, I’m really impressed with the ALFA App. For the first time, I can transfer funds directly from my FCY account to my local PKR account without having to visit the bank for a foreign currency transfer.
