Alfa App

One of the best banking apps I’ve ever used! As an FCY account holder, I’m really impressed with the ALFA App. For the first time, I can transfer funds directly from my FCY account to my local PKR account without having to visit the bank for a foreign currency transfer.

The app is fast, secure, user-friendly, and makes banking incredibly convenient. Bank Alfalah has truly made digital banking simple and reliable. Highly recommended!👍👍

Приложение не работает, оно даже не открывается, уважаемый Альфа банк, вы бы сначала протестировали новое приложение прежде чем выкладывать и отключать старое

Your app is not user friendly. Because I am partial colour blind. When I try to enter my PIN to login I can’t see the numbers I entered.

Useless

Absolutely rubbish idea to auto sense OTP. My phone is non PTA which means I can’t use SIM card on it and have to rely on other phone to get OTP. Please fix this issue this’s utter nonsense

Useless app if you’re travelling.

I’m out of country and trying to login for some reason. My sim is there in pakistan and I can’t even put my OTP manually. There’s no option you can put your otp manually. Can’t get otp on emails as well. Such a pathetic thing.

Online transactions

Good online transactions services by Bank Alfalah but the online customer services are not well trained and fully equipped with the products knowledge like Credit cards applications for overseas Pakistani because we need to use credit cards for everything in daily life and if bank Alfalah provides this services, have bigger share of daily transactions.
