This app NEVER seems to work for the Pasadena location, it sucks
This app used to be perfect
For years the Alfred app was amazing, user friendly and fast. But ever since the update it’s terrible. Half of the time I give up and don’t even order. It’s lags, it’s always loading, every page is a loading sign. So slow, and a lot of times you just can’t even make it to the check out. Bad bad bad update

Never an issue love it
App functionality for first time users
Coffee good app user experience annoying. Took me like 6 mins to order coffee for the first time. Felt like UI was battling me to change my mind and get coffee somewhere else
Horrible App
What a useless app. Keeps asking me to sign in but always displays some error message and won’t let me sign in or even placed an order as a guest. Been having this problem for a couple months now
Sign in issues for 6 months
They even rebuilt the app entirely and still can’t log in. They’ve missed out on my business many times at this point. I keep hoping their updates fix it, but nope.
The error is around not being able to check out even when signed in - phone number says it already exists. Literally nothing you can do. Stop telling people to email you and just fix the issue. Also, reach out if you want a new software engineer. I could build this better in a few days.

I can no longer log into my account and I can’t place an order without an account. My password no longer works, and there is no option to reset my password (email never sends), if I try to make a new account, it says my phone number is in use, if I put in another number, it wants me to verify it. I cannot order a simple drink on my lunch break, I’m surprised this hasn’t been fixed in a months time, ridiculous

So buggy it’s unuseable
Pretty much the title. Could’ve driven there, ordered, and waited and it would’ve taken me less time than using the app. Sign in doesn’t work, paying doesn’t work. Finally just used the website and even that tripped out a couple times before I was finally able to order a coffee. Not remotely close to being ready to release, and yes, I updated before I ordered.

The coffee is great, but I can’t place an order on the website or the app. I’m glad to see everyone else is not having trouble. They have five star reviews by the thousands. But I just can’t order a coffee. It’s such a bummer. I hope they get it fixed.
