It was bad before but the update rendered it totally non functional don’t waste your time I deleted it it is a joke

I can no longer log into my account and I can’t place an order without an account. My password no longer works, and there is no option to reset my password (email never sends), if I try to make a new account, it says my phone number is in use, if I put in another number, it wants me to verify it. I cannot order a simple drink on my lunch break, I’m surprised this hasn’t been fixed in a months time, ridiculous

So buggy it’s unuseable
Pretty much the title. Could’ve driven there, ordered, and waited and it would’ve taken me less time than using the app. Sign in doesn’t work, paying doesn’t work. Finally just used the website and even that tripped out a couple times before I was finally able to order a coffee. Not remotely close to being ready to release, and yes, I updated before I ordered.

Glitchy app that doesn’t work for me
The coffee is great, but I can’t place an order on the website or the app. I’m glad to see everyone else is not having trouble. They have five star reviews by the thousands. But I just can’t order a coffee. It’s such a bummer. I hope they get it fixed.

This new app is horrible and extremely slow. This was my first and last order on this new app. I hopefully am not charged 20 times for my order.

Hate this app
I want to check out as a guest. I do not want to make an account but then it still makes you. I had an old account and couldn’t remember my password. I requested a link two times and never got it. It took me 15 minutes to place my order.
New app is crazy bad
Holy airball on the functionality of the new app—might have to switch to a different shop. This is ridiculous.
Worse than before
I don’t know how it’s possible that this app is actually worse than it was before but it is. No option to select “forgot password” so I signed in with Apple and it still doesn’t have any of my info or past orders. I may just have to selete it because it is so clunky.
New app sucks
The update that completely changed the old app broke it. 30 minutes trying and I couldn't place an order. Fonts are ugly, menu clunky. Most importantly it's impossible to use it, it doesn't process orders.
