Buggy and unstable
App fails to send notifications even though banners and sound are enabled in Setting Notifications. Notifications were working, but overnight, have stopped.
Love this easy to use app
This app makes viewing my cameras, very simple, and they pull up quickly. Playback can be done right from the app without going to the recorder.
Simple to use, but has all the features you need.
This app is great for people at all levels of tech experience. Some security camera apps can be so intimidating, with features nobody really cares about. The Vigilant App keeps it simple and to the point, but yet has all the features a homeowner needs to protect their home/family & a business owner needs to protect their employees/profits.

Alibi Vibilant Mobile App is unstable
Starting using this app in June 2023. It is unstable, crashes, and goes offline repeatedly. Notifications are out of sync. Meaning when a notice is tapped, the app opens and shows notices from 2 hours ago, and not the current one. Live screen shows views from two days ago. I have restarted all devices and the modem/router. All other apps on my devices are operating as expected, so it's not the network

Save yourself money and aggravation don’t buy this
I have the system in several business locations and it’s by far the worst one that I’ve ever used. It was promoted to me by someone who said it was the best hahah absolutely zero customer service. I’ve had issues since the second week of using it according to the person who installed it you cannot get anywhere with support and I’m out a lot of money as I’m having to replace all of them with a new system and the person that installed it will not even communicate with me anymore. Total garbage.
