Disaster
First off, the UI/UX feels like this thing was built on some extinct coding language from 2013. But even more offensive is The Store (which serves as the entire incentive mechanism for this app) doesn’t work - making it ultimately useless. At least give customers an ETA on store update

I find it absolutely completely hard to believe that this app is rated 4.5 stars. There are zero comments or shown ratings over 1 star. This app crashes all the time, it has absolutely horrible customer service, the rewards system has been down for over a month. It’s a total joke of an app and whoever owns it should just sell it to a competent person or company. Don’t waste your time on this trash app.

Although the intent is to enable additional funds for wellness efforts, the funds accumulated are stuck as the store/redemptions have been broken all year (2026).

Really pretty awful
The customer service for this app is a joke. They have a store that now seems to be continuously closed for so called updates. once you finish a journey it doesn’t mark it for you. You have to scroll way back through the timeline to see if you did that journey during the current year. It’s just really not done well. If it wasn’t a way to make a couple extra bucks I’d never use it again.

Closed down rewards store w/o notice
Store has been closed for weeks and no timetable to return. We cannot redeem rewards.
Frustrating app and no notifications on changes made
This app is so frustrating. My husbands account email and phone number have been changed twice now in less than a month without any email or phone notification or approval. I’m not sure what is wrong with this company or why this keeps happening but it’s annoying. I’d give no stars if it wasn’t for the fact that they will get it fixed eventually. These things should not happen though. Current mess up is they have attached an alight employee email to my husbands account for authentication and somehow removed the phone number my husband uses for it without our permission (we literally logged in yesterday no issues but today we can’t log in) Last screw up was they completely deleted my husbands email and phone number and nothing was attached to his account. They tried to blame us but luckily I had proof we did not do it. And luckily this time I have proof their system sucks and it was not us that initiated this. Oof I hate this app.

My username and password are correct, but it won’t let me login and won’t send me an email to change my password ever since the update.

Worst app ever used
The fact that this has 4.7 stars blows my mind and makes me wonder about paid ratings. This is the worst app I have ever used. It consistently does not do anything but spin, so I have to log out and log in repeatedly until it decides it is done working for the day. If I could rate this negative stars I would.

It’s actually impressive just how bad the UX is.
Not user friendly
I use this app for my husband’s work and not user friendly takes long to load, never connects properly to the apple health, not many journey options, a lot of the money made is from out sourced vendors and still hard to obtain the health money. It’s more frustrating than beneficial. Why do I constantly need to provide Face ID and password is beyond me none of the app uses HIPAA. Hard to hit the quarterly payout. Also I have read MORE people complaining about the app so how does it have 4.8 stars??? AI and Bots able to rate? Really sketchy.

Absolutely horrible app
It doesn’t surprise me. My employer uses this company. I’ve never hit so many brick walls in the operating programs from said employer. This app is the most unfriendly user app. There is no absolute information given pertaining to creating a team on any given challenge. Like it should have a leader board with captain then all the participants that come on board. Shoot! It doesn’t even display the team name. It doesn’t explain how to achieve the prize other than “raffles” but then it doesn’t give info on how to get raffles! I literally had to google for info! Not much thought went into the creation of this app and it shows.

iOS Update Broke App 8/28/25
What on earth is going with this app? iOS updates and this thing just breaks and asks for a “new version”. What NEW VERSION? Fix this!
No Longer works for iPhone
You can’t type in text fields anymore. I reported it weeks ago and they can’t figure it out. All started when they put MFA in place.
Unusable
Unusable. Just shows a white screen every time I log in. App is a mess. Always trying to fix stuff that isn’t broken and they make a mess.
