Love this App!!
Alithir is the app I have been waiting for! I often recommend my clients utilize meditation, affirmations and mantras into their self care routine in order to decrease stress hormones in the body. I’m so glad to have found this app that I can share with my clients!
Some of my personal favorites so far are the overcoming limiting beliefs and instant calm meditations. Using the reset and clarity organic oils to pair with the meditations has been incredibly effective for a full sensory experience! I absolutely love this app!!

Keeping me consistent
I have a issue with consistency in my meditation and healthy mindset journey. This is the first app I’ve tried to keep me on track and implement daily practices. So far I have many good things to say!
