Funciona mas poderia ser melhor
O app funciona parcialmente. Por exemplo, tenho duas reservas para o mesmo hotel no mesmo período. Consigo ver as reservas pelo site, mas apenas uma aparece no app.
Informações divergentes ao finalizar a reserva
Tentei fazer uma reserva pelo app, mas, no resumo do pedido, as datas de check-in e check-out aparecem diferentes das informadas na pesquisa. Testei outras datas e o erro persiste.
Por exemplo, ao pesquisar uma reserva de **30/10/2026 a 31/10/2026**, na etapa de finalização e pagamento aparecem as datas **29/10/2026 a 30/10/2026**.
Optei por não concluir a reserva, pois, caso fosse efetivada com as datas incorretas, provavelmente seria um transtorno comprovar que o erro ocorreu no aplicativo.
Uma experiência bastante frustrante e que gera insegurança para finalizar a reserva pelo app.

Hotels are Great! App is Clunky and Disappointing
I love Accor hotels and have been a loyal member for many years, but the ALL.com app is easily the weakest part of the Accor experience. It is clunky, inconsistent and frustrating to use, and important member benefits and information don’t always appear or function correctly.
Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident. I’ve experienced problems with the app repeatedly, including missing or incorrect member benefits and information. On our recent stay, the app again failed to provide our welcome drink vouchers, meaning the hotel had to manually resolve the issue. The hotel staff were excellent and very understanding, but it shouldn’t have been necessary.
I’ve had bookings completed on the app that the properties have no record of and others that they could see but unilaterally the app had NOT confirmed the booking.
For a premium loyalty programme, the app should make the experience easier, not create additional work for both guests and hotels. Accor has fantastic properties and people, but the app is letting the whole experience down. It needs a significant improvement.
