I booked on the phone, reserved payment for 24 hours so I could book flights and then when I went to pay found that the assistant had booked two rooms for 4 people for 5 days instead of one room for 2 people for 10 days,. Spent 45 mins on the phone next day thought it was fixed only to find when paying there was still two rooms booked. I had to let the bookings expire so they were cancelled and started again leaving me panicking that I would have flights but no hotel. Further complicated by the fact that the Ibis hotel would not accept bookings of 10 days and insisted they were booked in two blocks.
