Useless AI feature forced on users
I dont appreciate that AI is being forced on me when submitting a maintenance request, especially when it’s creating more work for me and inefficient. Instead of simply scrolling to select my request, I am being made to type everything out so AI can (incorrectly) select for me. This feature is just so baffling,. It creates an extra inconvenient step and you can’t even skip this to just quickly and correctly do it yourself.

What’s with the authentication system?
Absolute GARBAGE 2-step authentication system. It’s easier to login into government websites than this junk. I’m just trying to pay my rent, not buy crypto. Figure it out Irvine company.
This app is not accessibility friendly.
This app is not compatible with iOS’s voiceover. If you are vision, impaired and use voiceover, you will not be able to navigate through the menus within this app.
App closes without warning
I am using an iPhone 13. Anytime I try to use this app for example trying to do a maintenance request, the app freezes and closes. I deleted the app and reinstalled to no avail.

I was asked to complete my lease by downloading app for my unit. App just crashing every time.

There was a change recently that forces you to pay the full rent amount. There’s an “other” option for putting in a custom amount, but it doesn’t work if it’s less than the full rent amount? For people sharing an apartment, it makes it more difficult to pay. What’s the point of “other” option then? Why make it harder to pay rent?

It quite simply does not work
Feels barebones as heck
Not much utilities beside key access and some basic notices. Wish I could see cafe menu etc and that parking pass per vehicle could be saved for easy reprint each month

Rent payments through the app don’t easily break down your monthly charges. They just need expect you to pay blindly and hopefully get more money from you than they’re worth.
The phone number for after hours patrol just routes to the IVCAC main number, so clearly they never test the details they’re putting into the app. Not a big help!

Outdated file size limit on photo uploads
Hi, the 2MB photo upload limit for service requests in this app means any photo taken with a modern phone can’t be used without editing the photo which is super annoying. Please allow any file size selection and then shrink the photo on-device pre-upload instead.

I have no clue what went wrong there’s nothing showing up on the app when i open it, only that cover image, no matter how many times i reinstalled. i have iphone 14pro and have no problem open other apps from ivc.
Never works
The app is broken again. Any time a new iOS is released or updated, the app stops working. If you’re gonna force residents to use the app, keep it up to date with bug fixes!! So useless
App doesn’t work anymore
The app used to work but it stopped. Many blank screens, especially bad since I can’t reserve tennis courts or any other amenities now. I tried deleting and redownloading and now it won’t even log me in.

Tried submitting a community area request, the app DEMANDED I put in a photo. I don’t have one. It would NOT let me submit without one.
It is ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to bring up the keyboard for the comment area. I tried the app on the iPad in the large mode and small mode.
I’ve tried both the Apple pencil and my finger. I’m on an iPad Pro 11” with iPadOS 17.5.1.
