I used the app to book a taxi for a hospital appointment about 3 hours in advance - it was for an eye procedure that meant I couldn’t drive myself.
It was booked in, confirmed and took my card details. 3 hours later - Never turned up. When I rang in, they said there was no record of it and hung up. App showed it was ‘cancelled’. I never cancelled it. If the company did, there was no notification, no text, no call.
Luckily I got someone to drop me in on time. Timewasters. Don’t bother. Go elsewhere.

Pointless
I was trying to book a cab over the phone but the phone was not being answered and the voicemail message refers you to the app.
I downloaded the app and booked a cab. It was initially successful and then was cancelled. I tried another time. Booked and cancelled. Tried another time, booked and cancelled. I then got a call from the office telling me to stop using the app.
If you have no availability update the app or have an app that has the capability of reflecting your availability.
This company is disorganised and rude. Avoid.

WORSE COMPANY AND APP EVER
I booked a taxi 4 days in advance to get me at midnight on a Saturday. They cancelled the booking at 5 to midnight. Worse company and app ever literally had me stranded

Awful
I’ve had so many bad occasions with the taxi company. One time I had a taxi driver hit a parked car down my road and then start screaming at me like it was my fault, bare in mind I’m a young girl on my own, I left £10 on the chair and ran into my house. Didn’t go to them for a while, had some more bad experiences and on top of that the lady that answers the phone is the rudest most obnoxious person I have ever spoken to in my life, I called tonight for a taxi for her to say it is fully booked and then hung up on me. I called back to which she said we are fully booked, I asked when their next available time is and she told me 7:30am and hung up again. I called a third time to try and book a taxi for around 8am and before I could even ask she said we are fully booked and hung up. If she would’ve just waited she would’ve realised I was booking my taxi for a later time. Anyway the company is extremely rude, they were nice when they started out but they speak to you like you’re crap, their timings are awful, they’re never on time. They’re just all around an awful company with no one respect for customers or human beings in general.
