Keep getting “oops something went wrong” whenever I try to enter a location

App very good to use in Wi-Fi areas, tried to book a taxi in a strong 4G area but wouldn’t connect and couldn’t get through on the phone. Actual taxi service is very good, driver arrived on time and was courteous and helpful.
