App sporadic
App very good to use in Wi-Fi areas, tried to book a taxi in a strong 4G area but wouldn’t connect and couldn’t get through on the phone. Actual taxi service is very good, driver arrived on time and was courteous and helpful.

100 x better than the Happicabs app
As a long term user of the Happicabs app the Fareways app beats it hand down. The fares are as you expect in a taxi, but Happicabs unfairly ups the minimum fare.

Terrible app, must lose so much to other competitors through this problem. Often cannot take bookings that are either from ASAP or booking ahead from advance. Would advise not to bother downloading
Inaccurate
The app is difficult to book taxis with, as I put in a time to be collected and it dispatched straight away. I appreciate the help from people on the phone line, as they fixed the time for me but caused unnecessary stress trying to get the time changed. I recommend phoning fareway themselves, not using the app.

Good service!
Excellent friendly service, came in no time! So much easier to pay by card than cash, only thing I could suggest is perhaps using Apple Pay? For a smoother service.
Totally let me down
Visited Chelmsford, downloaded the app as I need to take a few taxis throughout the day. App didn't work and a message was constantly being displayed saying that due to high volumes the app had been suspended. They clearly don't have enough drivers to support a platform of this type. I called them instead like the old days and that seem to work fine.
