Cabs constantly arrive late when you reserve a ride in advance. Regularly up to 30 mins late. Don’t bother with this app, just call the local cab station.
They charge more than the price given.
I don't want to take another taxi from this app.
Does its own thing
The app is really buggy. It looks like it’s barely ever updated (at the time of writing last update was 7m ago!). For example, I’ve entered my full home address and it asks me to add house name and number every time before proceeding. It then proceeds to change the post code to something different, which confuses the drivers. On many occasions they’ve called me to say they’re waiting but they are actually a couple of hundred yards down the road. The company needs to spend a bit of money on its tech and keep it current.

Zero Support
If you have a problem with the app then there is no support whatsoever - they never respond to support requests. They've also disabled problem reporting to make sure they don't have to bother with customer problems. Awful app.
Awful and expensive
Charged me £100 for a 20 minute journey in a man old banged up Prius,
The app is painful and unclear and their pricing for their service is just horrendous.
