I used the app to book a taxi for a hospital appointment about 3 hours in advance - it was for an eye procedure that meant I couldn’t drive myself.
It was booked in, confirmed and took my card details. 3 hours later - Never turned up. When I rang in, they said there was no record of it and hung up. App showed it was ‘cancelled’. I never cancelled it. If the company did, there was no notification, no text, no call.
Luckily I got someone to drop me in on time. Timewasters. Don’t bother. Go elsewhere.

Pointless
I was trying to book a cab over the phone but the phone was not being answered and the voicemail message refers you to the app.
I downloaded the app and booked a cab. It was initially successful and then was cancelled. I tried another time. Booked and cancelled. Tried another time, booked and cancelled. I then got a call from the office telling me to stop using the app.
If you have no availability update the app or have an app that has the capability of reflecting your availability.
This company is disorganised and rude. Avoid.

WORSE COMPANY AND APP EVER
I booked a taxi 4 days in advance to get me at midnight on a Saturday. They cancelled the booking at 5 to midnight. Worse company and app ever literally had me stranded

I’ve had so many bad occasions with the taxi company. One time I had a taxi driver hit a parked car down my road and then start screaming at me like it was my fault, bare in mind I’m a young girl on my own, I left £10 on the chair and ran into my house. Didn’t go to them for a while, had some more bad experiences and on top of that the lady that answers the phone is the rudest most obnoxious person I have ever spoken to in my life, I called tonight for a taxi for her to say it is fully booked and then hung up on me. I called back to which she said we are fully booked, I asked when their next available time is and she told me 7:30am and hung up again. I called a third time to try and book a taxi for around 8am and before I could even ask she said we are fully booked and hung up. If she would’ve just waited she would’ve realised I was booking my taxi for a later time. Anyway the company is extremely rude, they were nice when they started out but they speak to you like you’re crap, their timings are awful, they’re never on time. They’re just all around an awful company with no one respect for customers or human beings in general.

Worst taxi app I have ever used
Every time I have used the app to book a taxi, I’ve received a phone call 10min afterwards to tell me there are no cabs. No apology given on any occasion.

An hour late again!
Awful company awful service. Never rely on these if it’s important I have been late to the airport and hospital appointments when I have booked days in advance and with an hour to spare. Staff are incredibly rude. I will never use them again the worst taxi service in Colchester.
Appalling timing!
Booked a taxi through the app for 8:15 AM. Called at 8:15 as the app hadn’t advised the taxi had been dispatched was told by a lady on the phone he was just round the corner! Got an alert at 8:30 that it had been dispatched and was 11 mins from my location! The taxi finally showed up at 8:50 AM. Please. Don’t use if you actually have someone to be on time as this made me late for my meeting.

Always late
It doesn’t matter how far in advance I book they always seem to manage to turn up at least 10 minutes late.
Cannot update card details
The app and service work very well but you cannot update your card payment details in the iPhone app!
The app I can live with. The poor service is another matter.
You'd think that booking a can the night before would guarantee it's arrival on time. Wrong. Always book at least 15' before you need it on a Monday morning. They are ALWAYS late, even if you ring ahead to make sure they're on time.
App Designed by a Sadist
When the app does work, it’ll be able to send over cabs even if over the phone your told there’s none.
But sometimes the app will tell you there are cars available when they are not, and will cancel your bookings without providing you with a reason why.
Yesterday I received an angry phone call from all the 8s telling me to stop booking cabs with the app, even though the app said there cars 15 minutes away and I was given no reason why my bookings were cancelled.
This guy at the control centre was stressed out by the badly designed app, but still.
Unless you’re a fan of getting berated over the phone and trying to work an app clearly designed by someone who hates human beings, don’t bother.

App not reliable on pick up
You order a taxi and expect it to come but it doesn’t tell you how long you have to wait! Been waiting 15 minutes for a taxi that I booked 40 minutes ago although on the app it shows there are taxis within 5 minutes of me! Shocking service!
